We had a birthday party scheduled in one of the back rooms. My wife spoke with the Manager and he said that we would be able to stay in the room longer than the usual allotted time, since it was the last party of the day. A young male employee came buy about 40 minutes prior to the end of our "time block" which was two hours. He said that we need to start cleaning up. Me not knowing what was going on, I found my wife and she said we have the room for almost another hour. I went back to the "Young Male Employee" and explained that our allotted time (not the extra time the manager "Tommy" said we could have) was not up for another 40 minutes and that the manager told my wife we would be able to stay longer, past the time frame. When I told him that, the "Young Male Employee" said he didnt care, that we needed to get our "Sh!* out of the room because his "mama" was coming to get him and he needs to go. I was then told by the "Young Male Employee to go "F" myself after I explained to this young 16 or 17 year old that he cannot speak to people like that because his job is a customer service job and he really needs to work on that. I guess he didnt like the fact that I was not getting as upset as he was because he became very loud and cursing while walking around the establishment. Many families were picking up their kids and leaving quickly. I walked outside and called "Tommy" and told him what had happened and that I was standing out front and his employee is inside acting crazy, cursing, yelling. Tommy just said "okay, Ill speak with him and not sure what got him upset." I was never offered a refund because we only had our room for an hour which we paid for two. The birthday party was ruined, my kids were upset because their friends had to leave early due to this employee cursing, yelling, and acting crazy. We never received a phone call apologizing for what happened. I want a full refund and that employee terminated.

The Kids had a blast and were loath to leave. The price is not bad considering there is no time limit, you could conceivably spend the whole day there for about 8 buck a kid. I was attracted to the Bounce house because they advertise they have free wifi for the adults while the kids play. I thought i could get some work done and the kids could enjoy themselves. Unfortunately the 2 girls working the counter insisted there was no pass-code to access the router even though it was clearly asking for one. Then i asked if they could just push the access button on the router itself , but they didnt know where the router was. I asked if there was someone they could call to find out that information and they said no. So the free wifi is a lie ( at least at the Norfolk location) in my book, does me no good if we cant use it. Id like to go back for the kids but i would really like to know how they expect you to access the wifi if they wont give you the passcode.

I only give it a three stars due to their bathrooms and cleanliness. The bathroom had a huge thing of soap, yes, but not anything for children to get it out with. Also the trash, in the girls bathroom, had about two inches of water with old trash in it and no bag. After I discovered this and then realized all the kids that were running into the bathroom, with only their socks on, I wasnt too impressed about the cleanliness of the whole facility...considering the kids jump in the jumps in those same socks and dirty hands. Other than my cleanliness concerns, my two year old had a BLAST in the jumps and no, you cant beat $4 for her to play unlimited!!

My Kids 5 and 8 had a Blast running around. They had a great time. On the other hand the other parents that were there OMG! you need to take control of your mouths you have kids all around you all i heard was A**, F***, S***, MF, B****. Really why do you need to do that so the kids can hear you. OH and Watch your Stuff not because of the kids because of the Adults !!! THE EMPLOYEES need to take control of that ! The Bounce House was so much better when it was in the other space at its to crowded now.. So Sad ... i hope the one in Va Bch is Better because I or my friends and Family will NEVER go back to the bounce house in Norfolk

Manager is a racist white woman dont go there unless you would like to see your kids get discriminated on for little issues like playing with a ball or using exits as entrances. Businesses are going down the hole around the Janaf area Id recommend the owner to fire the manager and bring some one that is proficient in a diverse environment and does not have the will to argue with a customer regardless of the point of views. My stepdaughter was discriminated today for playing with a ball out of a group of kids. Dont let your kids be discriminated based on the color of their skin.

You get what you pay for. Saturday afternoon was $4.50 for my son. This is a decent bounce house place but definitely need to replace or add some blowers on some of the bouncers. I know this is a business and here to make money but all the video games distract from kids bouncing. Ditch the games add another one or two bouncers. The bounce house place in Lynnhaven Crossing shopping center is 20 times the place this is, & for the same price. Update pics! The mushroom house bouncer isnt here anymore.

We had a party for my daughter on Easter Sunday, and I was amazed that they were even open. I saw someone pull the race card, and Im calling bull crap. The staff, while a little vague and disorganized, were polite to us without being fake. Our daughter and one other kid were the only white kids in our party and we had ZERO RACE-BASED ISSUES. Finding the place was difficult, but the blame for that lies on the GPS service. A bit pricey, but worth it; our daughter had a great time.

I want there yesterday and I was very disappointed. Particularly with the customer service the lady at the front seemed unprofessional and unfriendly. I went to the counter to ask a question and she was on what sounded very much like a personal call and answered my question with a nod. The place smelled awful. The bouncer are very limited. I will not be going back there.

$16 for both my kids to run and play their hearts out, Ill take it! It was fairly clean. Been to the one in va beach and here, they are about the same. There are more places to sit for parents here than in va beach. Bounce house is a great way to spend a Saturday with no plans, my kids cant get enough they would come here every day if they could.
