Went last Friday to see "13 Hours" and for the entire time we watched previews of upcoming movies, the sound system was on the fritz with loud scratchy noises. I complained to one of the ticket takers and they said theyd tell management because it was a repeat problem, but nothing was fixed until the regular movie finally started. Some of the surround sound system was disabled, so the sound wasnt quite as good as it could be, but at least the movie was watchable. Wouldve been nice to shift the movie over to another of the theater areas rather than take a chance with a sketchy sound system. At least we didnt have to demand a refund!

I walked into this movie theaters expecting greatness inevitably I received failure. I recently went to the Regal Cinema in Suffolk and it was wonderful. I came here and it was Dreadful the customer service was atrocious getting me to come spend my money and my time was not worth it. I thought well maybe the movie is going to be great. I ended up feeling as if I was sitting outside watching the movie in my car with the windows down and my teeth chattering. the bathroom was warmer than the theater.

I dont understand what people are complaining about. We go every Tuesday and have always been treated with respect. The Staff has been more than helpful. I am disabled and if they see me struggling they offer to help carry my popcorn or whatever. The movies are first rate and the theater is always very clean including the restrooms! So, people who complain just want cushy seats. Well you can have them Id rather save the money and have courteous staff! Thank you Kiln Creek Regal!

I am not a fan of the overall pricing I feel that the food and the actual movie is overpriced however what put the icing on the cake is when we were in the middle of the movie and a HUGE water bug crawled across the row of seats in front of us..... Which makes me think if they have bugs then Im sure there are some somewhere around the food.... Smh needless to say I wont be returning and I will recommend my friends not to attend either ugh

Nothing was really wrong with the quality of the video or audio, but the theatre is ancient. Its like going back in time every time you watch a film here, but its not for nostalgia. The odor is that of an old library, the furnishings and carpet are tired, and the seats dont recline. Its ok if youre in a pinch, but I wouldnt recommend it for any movie youve been waiting months to see.

I ordered a glass of wine. Made the mistake of not clarifying cost before paying. When I saw the pour which was about 4 Oz and that it cost $12 I asked for a refund which the young man said he couldnt do. Surprised, I asked to speak to the manager and was again surprised when he identified himself as the manager. Regal needs to work on their customer service.

I like regal because the staff is friendly. Although this theater may be older I still enjoy the atomosphere and it is VERY FAMILY AND KID friendly. The price is good and you are surrounded by good restaurants. The concession snacks are good sizes. Overall this a good movie theater for a family. Its also pretty clean when I visit.

Love this theatre. A lot of people skip over this place and thats good because its not crowded. I dont care for super comfortable seats because I dont want to go to sleep while watching a movie that I paid to get out the house and go see. Clean, good staff, all around great place to watch your favorite movie.

They really need to have those automated ticket machines here. The line was too long and it took too much time to get through. Everything was nice and clean. But then they also allowed someone with an infant into the cinema who cried during the first and last 15 minute of the movie.

No automated box office now for some time. When combined with slow line service results in 15+ minute waits to buy a ticket. ABOs are a necessity to cut down lines, and also to allow people to pop in and pre-buy their tickets quickly while they duck out for dinner or what have you.

I would give no stars if I could. The theater smelled musty. The bathroom and hallway smelled like urine. When I spoke to the General Manager she acted like I was bothering her. I think Im going to Paragon from now on. A much nicer and cleaner theater with employees that care.

Love this theatre. They are friendly, theatres have nice comfortable seating, and they have a nice selection at the concession stand. Their rewards program is quick and easy to use and they offer a military discount on too of saving a dollar when you use your rewards card.

Not a fan of having my personal property checked through with a flashlight. Clearly they are hurting for business if they are desperate enough to search for "contraband". Dont bring a purse in, even if you arent bringing anything in its uncomfortable. Will not be back.

I went to see hacksaw ridge last night.movie was great.food was horribly over priced.I will not be attending anything there ever.i dont understand why the owner replies to our reviews and ask what they can do to get five star ratings.READ. The reviews.thats what

Staff was 50/50 personable and apathetic. Seats are not great good smaller kids. My 3yr old couldnt SIT in the seat without me holding it down, he was too short and the seat kept folding up on him. Could use some upgrades, but over all a pleasant experience.

My mom and I went because we had gift cards. We got food and drinks, more than we could carry and the staff offered to help us to our seats. He did so willingly and happily. Ive never experienced such great service at a theater before this.

My daughter and I enjoyed the movie..but I also agree with the last comment that was made by a viewer that Regal needs to upgrade their seats if they want to be competitive with other movie theaters. Comfort is the name of the game.

Not super up to date ( maybe my expectations are too high). Seats were comfortable. Wouldve given the them a 5 but the concessions kid wasnt helpful, didnt listen. I asked for something else and he wasnt paying attention.

Decent older style movie theater. No reclining chairs but still pretty nice. Update: Actually revising this from 3 to 4 due to a really nice experience last night. Also, tickets are discounted on Tuesday night!

We went there for a movie that wasnt playing nearby our home. Its an older venue with stadium seating and it has a variety of theatres - large to small. Could use some updating, otherwise its not bad!

Theatre, bathroom, lobby look clean. It has a terrible urine smell to it. Staff are friendly. I remember coming here as a kid and it was amazing. Price was a little high for the experience.

The price for a movie was good. They give a military discount. 1 thing to note is, the menu board for the food doesnt mention anything about a combo, but if you ask they have to give it to you.

The cinema was clean, the bathroom a little messy, there was only old stale popcorn when new quest were arriving and at the age of 55, I was carded by a 12 year old while ordering s beer.
