If I can give this place zero stars that would describe my experience. First, I checked the reviews on here before I decided to go this evening. As you know Mon and Tuesday nights are $2. This was my partner and I first experience. Now we been to Alamo draft house in Auburn,Va. Love that place. But we decided to go here because we are traveling from bethesda and we like to try new places and experiences. So we arrived early the movie didnt start until 745pm we got there at 630 to get good seats. From the moment you walk through the door it was a nightmare. The place smells From bad hospitality from the mid age women that works the front to the office chairs in the theatre. I read a review that this place has comfortable leather chairs. Whatever! So once I past that we ordered from the menu which was the rave reviews on the quesadilla and the Philly cheesesteak rolls. Horrible!!!! The quesadilla was the worst I have ever tasted. I ordered chicken quesadilla and it was $3 extra for chicken. $12 for buttered down day old chicken and corn quesadilla. The Philly cheese steak roll was literally burned. I couldnt believe they would sell this to their customers. I was so stunned with this messiness service we received that I was to embarrassed to complain. You get what you pay for. So I didnt eat all my food and said to hell with it. Ill try the popcorn. Damn if they didnt serve me dollar bag of popcorn they popped in the microwave and poured in a bucket with enough salt to raise someone blood pressure. And they tell you no extra butter for popcorn. Lol. The best part was the movie. But I guess I should have just waited for it to come out on dvd. Lesson learned. I will just continue to go to Alamo. Its worth the extra 30 minute drive. I never seen a bathroom with a vanity sink....one sink....two stalls. And I needed a jackhammer to open the front door. I guess that was the old theatre feel. But office chairs....really???? I just left work sitting at a desk with an office chair but to sit another 3 hours in a chair ? I should have just brought my laptop. ..but oh...not allowed.

We went there for a movie during their wine night. We got to the theater about 45 minutes before the showing and found an empty table. 15-20 minutes later (still no waiter had come by to take our order). A waitress shows up to tell us that the table was already occupied by two women who had gone to get wine. There was nothing on the table to indicate that the table was booked and at this point any decent seating was taken. All the waitress could do was meekly apologize with nothing to compensate for displacing us. I had to seek out a manager (which took another 15 minutes) and suggest to HIM to compensate us for our trouble. You would think this would be the end of it. Somehow my husbands chicken tender wrap was on different ticket from my burger and I received my food, finished my food and the movie was 3/4 thru before he received his food because the printer in the kitchen got jammed and a bunch of food orders were delayed. This alone should have comped his meal. But again barely an apology from staff. When we received the bill, nothing had been taken off and we had to have the check revised. We also asked for water that we never received. Its very sad, because management obviously banks on the fact that they are a unique venue in the area. The food is nothing great and definitely overpriced, especially their alcohol. We keep coming back for the convenience of food/drink while watching a movie, but time after time the service disappoints us. This is at least the 3rd time weve had trouble with getting food in a timely manner and beware of sitting in the very front and one time it took over 30 minutes just to get someone to come take our order and that was after I went and flagged them down!

Not the martha stewart of theaters, but also not a cookie cutter chain. The seats are movable and comfortable, the tables are wiped down. The screen is big, not one the size of a home theater tv. they start promptly and dont clutter up the movie with commercials for the next movie scam or stupid instructions that people ignore anyway. The price of the movie is less than half of the chains. sometimes 10 times less...Bring cash for your ticket. You can pay for your food and bar tab with a credit card. You can try out a pitcher of craft beer, or settle for a bud. hard cider on the menu. The food is pretty much bar food. Less salty than it used to be. If you want a gourmet dinner, eat before you go somewhere else. If you want a cheap burger, mcdonalds is next door. this isnt really a place for kids, so if you want a kiddie hang out, go somewhere else and leave the adults in peace. there are plenty of places that cater to kids We did our tour of duty with kids, and we enjoyed it, but we were under no delusion that everyone else liked to hang out with our kids for hours in a closed space. Beware that if you go to a sports screening, the place may be less than pristine. The staff does its best to keep up with the crap, but the place cannot be steam cleaned after every event. It is a lot cleaner when they are just showing movies or tastings. Maybe the sports clientele is less tidy than other patrons.

i went for a comedy night. i thought i would laugh. i enjoyed the beer instead. I caint recommend this place to any one since i only went for comedy. i had to pretend to enjoy myself since i paid for the subway to get out there. shuh i told better jokes in second grade than these people. its like any body can do it. And any body does. You almost feel sorry for the performers trying to "be funny". its like look at the time, finish my beer its time to go.. what really sucks is the management of the place. its like all of these potential comedians hanging around and no one gets who can draw a chuckle gets on stage. like whoever picks the line up in that place should get fired. im all for giving a guy a shot but if you suck you suck. next .. uh lets move on.. But seriously folx.. right go for the movies, go for the beer go for the ambiance.. do not go and become disappointed by the lackluster comedy show. that was my last time there..

My sister and I came on Friday night to see Nick Swardson. When we went to check in we realized we had mixed up the dates and had tickets for Thursday night not Friday (whomp whomp). Well after talking to the manager he said the best he could offer us was to come back after the show started and maybe there would be some no shows. Feeling pretty hopeless we decided to go across the street and get some food then try our luck. When we came back the manager checked number, walked through the place looking at seats and finally ended up giving us tickets and letting us in! We ended up sitting front row dead center and had an amazing time! It was so awesome of the manager and all the staff there to do that and take that kind of risk! I would absolutely come back here again and this time make sure I was there on the right night :)
