Downside: accessible parking and the bathrooms (but thats all theaters). Upside: Staff! Love them! And the theater is coming up in the world! The upside: On the upside, the staff is very friendly and always cleaning/working. Theyre not bored-acting, and they seem genuinely happy to work there and to interact with customers. They made the movie-going experience a great one! The manager was patient and really listened when I talked to her about the accessible parking issue, even though I could tell that shed heard it all before. She still conveyed a caring attitude, and she never interrupted or acted like the subject annoyed her. The theaters were very clean and contributed to our enjoyment of the movie. The downside: I have a disability and a placard for parking in accessible spaces. Despite quite a lot of accessible parking at this theater, I can never find parking here, because the spots are always taken by people without placards. Ive talked to one of the managers who was very kind and told me that they call the police a lot there to deal with cars that do this. Over the years of patronage, I have seen employee cars in those spaces (though not recently, and I do believe that the message has been given to the employees, and theyre not doing this anymore.) When I cant park in an accessible spot, the lot and the sidewalk leading up to the building is full of potholes. The manager said that she would talk to the building owner about that. Not sure how that will go. They also have a lot of trouble keeping the bathrooms clean there. I think that probably goes for all movie theaters. They did try. I think this is something that all movie theaters struggle with. Overall, we love this theater, and we drive a long way to go to it. We think its come a LONG way over the past years, and were really glad to see it coming along so nicely!

I have no words for this movie theater. I took my 2 year old who is autistic to see the new minion movie. Which he was so excited about. It was a 12:30am showing. Last showing of the night. He napped right before so it was the perfect time to take him. We arrive at 12:35am. We didnt think anything of since the previews are kind of long. We get there and its closed. Doors locked, only people exiting. Very strange to see it closed if they had a showing for 12:30am. We call the theater from outside and they say they cancelled their last showing. No where did it say that the showing was cancelled. And they mentioned their last showing was 12:10am. We asked to go to that showing and they said they were closed. My son was crying hysterically as soon as he saw we were walking the opposite direction. It was heart breaking, no child should ever feel like that. I almost cried myself seeing my son, he was so disappointed, and I felt like a disappointment to him. & Its a disgrace they have 4 stars. I wont be going here ever again. Not worth it.

The place is newly renovated, and I am at awe for this theater. The chair is one of a kind that you can recline and its relaxing. I feel its a high end theater now, but I pay the same price for ticket. The new ambience of the theater is very impressive. However, with all this improvement and one may not agree with me that the hallway of the theater inside has steps that pose as hazards. I tripped over my foot for I was walking straight and did not notice these steps. The sudden drops when walking made me outbalanced. The chairs are very comfortable, and its made of smooth leather. I am a health worker and would wonder that this leather would harbor bacteria as we are now on era of CRE, MRSA and VRE. We do need to wipe this chair after or before using it. Well, I say that enough of the complain and just watch a movie. Its a beautiful theater anyway. Enjoy.

It is the worst theater I have been gone. There were not stuff members who can help you to purchase your tickets and no security at all (if there was someone I dont where he was but he never was in the front), I went with my son to celebrate my birthday and together watch a movie... while I was buying the tickets I lay down my phone next to the computer and get my credit card from my wallet, someone who was behind me (I dont know who!!) grabbed my phone - stole it- yes stole!- I tried to talk to the manager and duty and he stated that the only person who has access to the security cameras is the manager... not even the security guy who was talking in the back with his friends, not even the manager in duty - only the manager who was not there. Instead of having a great night, I got a night mare... :(

I visited this theater based off of the reviews I had seen on here but they were misleading. This theater is disgusting. I went tonight to see The Purge:Election Year the 11pm show and the moment you walk in you see nothing but trash on the floor. Ive never seen a theater with so much trash around. The restrooms were disgusting and wrecked of urine. Seemed like no one had cleaned it for two days. The drink machine had trash in front of it and around it and the concession stand was full of trash as well. Maybe going on a weekday will suit you better even though that shouldnt matter. I have pics but unfortunately I couldnt post them. Only got 2 stars because the recliners were decent. Ill continue taking the drive to Springfield or the one in Brandywine

If you havent been to this theater in a while, you have to go! The whole place has been remodeled. Fresh paint & carpet, new ticket counter & snack bar. And, best of all, recliners! The staff was helpful & courteous, restrooms & theaters are clean. And did I mention recliners! No more flip down cramped seats with skimpy armrests being constantly kicked by the kid behind you (they also have a "no little ones in R rated movies after 6 PM" rule which is nice). Real comfy recliners in all of the theaters. Plenty of room to stretch out without even coming close to the seat in front. I certainly wouldnt go there for a movie if youre sleepy lol. I will definitely be back and if youre in the area & want to see a movie, you should give it a go.

Overall, it was fun. We went to a matinee & agreed that we will definitely be back. The place looked very modern & clean. You can easily select the seats you want @ the kiosk & buy the tix. And the chairs, oh the chairs - they are spacious, recline & are ssooo comfortable! What was the not so great? The fryer was out of order so many of the menu items were not available, like the chicken tenders. Although there was popcorn for sale, there was a sign up saying the machine was broken. The soda machine was the new kind with like 100 flavors, but many of them were grayed out. Last but not least, the electronic soap dispenser in the ladies room did not work. Otherwise, it was an intimate place & the staff were really nice.
