Walked Out and Asked for My Money Back. Avoid this run down theater if you are not seeing a hit show early in the run. Those movies get the larger theaters. We went to see a film that was in its 4th week of release, and the theater was so small it could fit in my basement rec room. Thats not a crime by itself, but it was extremely narrow and the seats were crammed in so tight that the front row was barely 5 feet from the screen, even though the bottom of the screen was 10 feet up. Of course, these front seats were the only seats available. Congrats to Regal for squeezing every last dollar of profit out of their square footage here, but as a filmgoer, I cant imagine paying to come back to this hole.

I attended the 10:40 p.m. showing of Public Enemies and the surround sound cut out of the movie twice. This was very disappointing as it is one of the reasons that people go to see movies in a theater instead of in their homes; the sound quality is supposed to be better. Furthermore, because it was in the evening, the cleaning staff turned on the lights in the theater more than once, leaving patrons to watch a movie in the harsh fluorescent light. There was no manager on staff during this late showing, so there was no one to complain to. If a trained projectionist or manager had been on duty, maybe these problems would not have occurred.

Went to see KickAss tonight, out of boredom. During the previews, the projector died. We sat while we could hear the projector worker panic over the phone and apparently kick the projector. After 30 min. the manager confirmed it wasnt getting fixed. The girl at the counter offered me a ticket to see the show at a later time. I finally got the manager to give me the $11 back. If youre going to go, make sure the projector works before you spend $20 on popcorn and soda.

Ive been going to this theater for a long time and its never disappointed me. It is an old movie theater but thats what I like most about it. Im into that retro kind of stuff. if you go at a later hour then you could get the whole theater to yourself which is very calming. I think it is a great idea to go if you are interested in going to a late movie by yourself. Which i like doing very much. Sometimes they play classics like Roman Holiday and Casablanca

A good-sized theater with the latest movies. You have to buy tickets at the concession stand, which is a little strange, but it works. The only problem is that you cant really see any of the show times while youre at the register and have to know what you want ahead of time by either looking outside or at your phone.

Very poor customer service. Took about 30 minutes to get an icee and popcorn. Only one dude working counter and was probably high. I asked for very little butter and the dude drenched my popcorn in butter. Seats are too small and uncomfortable which is weird cause Im only about 180 pounds.

Staff was intimidating and a little intense. Me and the person I came with had staff follow us from behind all the way to our movie. Staff also checked and searched my girlfriends purse. Sub-par standards for cleanliness and overpriced snacks

Sound and picture was good. Seating was pretty bad. The isle ran down the middle of the screen, and the seating was all on the same level (and too low), so no matter where you sat, you had to look up at the screen.

Lots of kinda small theaters. Parking is convenient across the street $5. Very Metro accessible. Worst thing was the blazingly bright EXIT sign on the door did not dim for the film.

The place was clean and we had the theatre to ourselves. It was a smaller one, but there were no bad seats to see the screen. Concessions were over priced, but there was no line.

Too many kids come here with their annoying friends.. kids wont sit together so you end up sitting in front looking straight up.. small theater ... go elsewhere for your money

I went twice already since moving to Bethesda. The staff are all cool. The theater isnt bad. A little pricey but thats expected. Im thinking about going today to see TMNT.

Lines out of the door, and packed on the inside, the management is obviously incompetent. It took about thirty minutes to get into the theater, and another ten to get out.

The staff are friendly but this theatre needs to get remodeled like the on on Rockville. This theatre is outdated and doesnt feel like regal cinemas.
