Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff! I came with lots of questions about caring for a turtle, and was recommended what I need for him with confidence from Michelle. Their animals are certainly well cared for and the staff makes sure you know all you need before you leave, without upselling or pressuring you into anything unecessary. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to a reptile.

I loved this little pet shop. They have taliking birds that greet you and will play with the kids. there are huge friendly cats roaming the aisles and a large variety of choices for your pets. We recently purchased a pet bunny and the shopkeeper helped us get all the needed accessories to make a great home for it.

Staff is always courteous n very knowledgeable, price are competitive compared to other, bigger pets/supplies chains, and its the only pet store in the area that sells rats with a wide variety of supplies from food n toys to harnesses n houses! I never go anywhere else!

What an amazing pet shop. Beyond typical chain stores cape horn has a vast knowledge base in all their animals. I drove 2 hrs ro come visit this gem and i will likely make this trip a few times a year. For items you just cant get in chain stores.
