The facility isnt as up-to-date and sparkling clean as it could be, but the ticket prices/concession prices are the cheapest around. Only major issue is under-staffing/slow service. I know the place doesnt get a ton of traffic comparatively (which is mostly why I prefer it), but the past few times Ive gone on a week night, and, while there werent many people in line, it still took AGES. They actually had the ticket area in the front AND the concession stand open for ticket sales, and the main ticket area was taking 20-25 minutes. I ended up switching from that line to the one inside, which also was a bit long, but they were fielding concessions and tickets. I walked into my theater about 5 minutes late, despite arriving a half an hour early.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TONIGHT!!! Waited outside at ticket window for 10 minutes to find out that they were selling tickets inside at the food stand. No one was in the ticket box and no sign was posted to go inside! We wait in line for another 15 minutes only to get 2 people from the register for the man behind the counter to tell me that this was for prepaid tickets only. In fact, he told me to tell the people behind me this line was for prepaid tickets only. Well, that didnt go over so good considering that there was no sign telling us that the line was for prepaid tickets. Needless to say we walked out. I tried to call but no one will answer the phone!

This place provides a pretty disappointing movie going experience. Admittance is granted for children far too young to be in a theater for anything other than a G or PG movie and they chatter through the whole thing. Adults arent much better with mouths open and cell phones out. Food is okay, but there isnt anything special or unique beyond typical theater fare. If you can, find a place that encourages more respect for the film viewing experience.

The length of previews at this theater has increased from 10 minutes to 15 to 18 and now close to 25, Theyve recently added a commercial at the end of the previews. This is far too long. Its agonizing to watch the same previews time and time again. The show times published on the web and in the newspaper are meaningless. No previews should go over 10 minutes and we shouldnt be forced to pay to watch a commercial.

This used to be such a fantastic place to go but it has since been left go and it shows. Broken stained seats, dirty carpets, sticky dried soda floors, paint chipped railings and bathrooms that are horrid. I went there for a fathom event (beings that this was the only local theater showing it) and was very run down. Not to mention the hallway literally smelled like urine. I will never return to this theater.

Definitely a no frills, basic theatre. Seats are usually comfortable, and cheap prices. Usually $6.50 for a matinee before 430pm. Picture quality is adequate as well. Its not some older theatre like the Strand, but its far from top notch. Bathrooms are pretty gross though, I wouldnt use em unless I really had to. I would still come here over the Fox Berkshire just cause of the price.

The theaters arent bad, but not too many people seem to go there anymore. I believe it may have to do with the Fairgrounds Mall has gone so far down. There is hardly any people or stores there anymore. I cant believe that its still open. It used to be a good place to go to. How unfortunate.

I love this movie theater. I have never discovered anything wrong with it. it has great food and great service. it may not be the cleanest but its not that gross. every movie theater has popcorn and other food and stuff on the floor. So I would highly recommend this place to anyone

Stadium seating makes this decent theater, but the bathrooms need to be renovated and they really need to clean them more often. Recently at an early showing on a Sunday and the bathrooms were a mess. Most likely not cleaned from the Saturday night crowd. Disgusting!

Cinema has AMAZING food and great employees. People say the Cinema is a bit dirty but honestly, every movie theater is a bit dirty everyone throws popcorn and spills drinks. I also love how cheap the tickets are compared to other movie theaters like the IMAX.

The seats are too hard. It was hard to enjoy the movie. My a** hurt so bad by the end of the movie I was angry. Thank goodness I didnt pay for my ticket. They were free. I will not be going back here. If Im not comfortable, whats the point?
