Just got done watching a movie here. The movie was great, but the experience was terrible. The theater was packed so we sat in the second row. About halfway through the movie, I felt rain drops hitting my shoes. Thinking it was nothing at first, I then noticed the huge water puddle in front of my seat. By the end of the movie, my fiance and I had wet pants, wet shoes, and drops of water that got on our faces and snacks. The employees were at the exits after the movie ended to apologize to the entire audience about the air conditioning. We assumed the roof was leaking from the rain, because the temperature seemed fine to us. They gave everyone a free movie ticket. I told them that we got wet from the water and they just gave us a shocked face. Thanks for the movie ticket, but a poncho would be nice next time. Edit: After I posted this, I got a call from their management apologizing and told us they will be sending us more free vouchers. So thank you. Update: This was 2 weeks ago when I gave them my address for them to send us out more vouchers. We have yet to receive anything from them in the mail. Unless they wrote down the wrong address.. Im keeping this rating at 2 stars. 2nd Update: So now a month has gone by and still havent received the vouchers like we were promised. I just sent the company an email to find out whats going on. Also, I changed my rating to a 1 star because a simple promise cant be kept.

Went to the opening showing of Sausage Party, I was one of 12 people in the whole theater. These seats do NOT recline a bit, my knees were touching the seats in front of me. Also the narrowest seats I have ever sat in, I felt like I was in an elementary school auditorium. Also an employee came in 3 different times with his flashlight, walking around swinging the flashlight all over. Wasnt sure if he was counting, and recounting how many people were there or directing traffic the way he was swinging the light around. That wasnt distracting at all. How many times do you need to come in and check to see how many people were in the theater? I can understand why this place is dead, this was my first time ever going there and I cant see myself ever going back. The cramped seating. My feet were also sticking to the floor where someone had once upon a time spilled something. ***EDIT So here it is over a week later, I took the advice of the reply message I got, went to that site, put in all my contact info and gave my review of the theater. NO ONE has contacted me. Seems the replies to comments here is just to make the theater look like they care. I wasted my time going to that site and filling out all the info. Oh well I wont ever waste my money going back there again.

I love going here, its not the most well known theatre but its fairly big and very well maintained. I love the popcorn here it is never stale. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My daughter loves it here too. Usually its not too too busy. The sound system really good, surround sound. They also have great deals too. Thinking of going right now actually lol

This theater has the smelliest bathrooms ive ever been in. There was smeared and dried (indicating it was old and not properly cleaned) feces in the bathroom stall. I was sick the entire next day and this theaters disgusting bathrooms and food are the only thing i can connect it to. Youd think theyd clean their bathrooms on a busy weekend.....nope.

This is a good place to go and watch a movie with your family. Its your average movie experience. The theater was clean for the most part and the concessions were priced like most in the area. The seating was comfortable and the sound is good.

Very mediocre movie theater. Speakers crack in some theaters. Not a lot of upkeep, every other seat is seemingly broken or has holes. Floors are usually very dirty. Bathroom floors are usually covered in pee. Doesnt seem to be doing well.

Customer service is bare minimum, the theater wasnt really clean (lots of stuff on the floor and the seat itself was sticky). I only come here for convenience since I live right by it but I prefer going elsewhere.

great theater. 3 yo grandson would not sit after 20 minutes into the movie. As I was leaving a gentleman asked me why we were leaving and I explained. He directed me to the box office to get my money refunded.

This is an older theater. The seats are smaller and closer together (little leg room) than the Barn Cinema or Warrington Crossing). The place is a little dark and dingy too. It needs to be updated.
