Showed up at 10:40p for a 10:55p showing of Neighbors. I had purchased my tickets online via Fandango and the tickets where on my iPhone in passbook. Too bad there was no one at either the ticket booth or the entry booth. Basically paid $22 for nothing. That became apparent when the people before me left the empty ticket booth and just walked right up to the concession stand without paying. I too then approached the stand. As I stood and waited for the single cashier to complete the simple transaction in front of me I wondered whether or not it was being done with an abacus it took so long. Even worse than the painfully slow wait was the condition of the theatre. There was trash, popcorn, empty containers everywhere!! It looked as if there was a middle school food fight of riot proportions. I watched my film and had some laughs. I had almost forgotten the terrible experience I had this far....but WAIT, I still had to use to restroom before I left. Urine room is probably more accurate. Matching the appearance of the lobby there was trash, paper towels, and a random sock on display. To highlight the decor was the abundant smell and appearance or urine! On the floor, on the walls, everywhere! There isnt enough hand sanitizer on earth to fix what I walked out of. I can see now why there is no Yelp page for the theatre. Dont fret through, Ill be punishing this to thousands via Facebook, Twitter, and of course Regal Cinemas own feedback outlet.

As youd expect from a Theater thats been here for years, it hasnt changed much, and that isnt much of a good thing. The facilities have seen almost no upgrades over the years. The only real change theyve made that youve probably not noticed is that they converted all of their projectors to digital, probably so they could hire less people. The seats are the same old ones that have seen better years, and the snacks are pretty much your standard fair of bland food. They had the idea for a cafe at some point, but they also abandoned that, and it now sits there gathering dust in the corner surrounded by promotional signs, hoping you dont notice it. They didnt even bother to remove any of the appliances or equipment, just letting it sit there and rot. They put very little effort into screening customers, and kids could probably work their way into an R-rated film by themselves without much effort. Overall, its a pretty bland experience. With an average sound system and you wont be wowed by picture quality either. You can watch your movie, but not much else. Prices are standard as well.

This a 24 cinema theater. In good shape with comfortable seats that have drink holders. Large bathrooms off the lobby, small bathrooms at the far ends of the theater. They dont have an IMAX theater, nor do they have the recliner seats that have been popping up in some theaters. The popcorn tastes good. No extra butter needed. You can get refills on the giant bucket- so bring some small paper lunch bags and divide up the popcorn among the kids and go back out for a refill before the movie starts. Upper Providence and Lower Providence township buildings sell discounted tickets that can be used at any time- you pay a surcharge only for adding a 3D showing. Atom ticket app is accepted here. A PJ Wellingtons is next door to the theater offering American style food and a sports bar, as is Kamita Asian restaurant with sushi and other Asian fare, Chee burger Chee burger with burgers and fries, Target, Lowes and BJS.

Dear Regal..Your theater at Oaks is nearest to me,However when it comes to watch a certain bollywood movie i have to drive 70 miles one way to another Regal cinema based in NJ .Last time it happened with the movie Bareily ke Barfi (which was really a very good movie). But to our disappointment your Oak location prefers to release all flop Bollywood movies like Jab Hary met Sejal .Just a suggestion, please do not go by stardom. These days people like good acting and stories. No one is interested to watch a superstar in a useless script. Atleast not me.This time you guys are not releasing Badhshao which happens to be a good movie.Again i will have to drive 70 miles..Phew !!

At least when I went here along with my nephews for a late aftetnoon movie it was a ghost town, could not see any employees but the two that were working the concession stand & the gentleman working the ticket window. We needed our 3D glasses for the movie we finally spotted the plastic container which they were in & of course we helped ourselves. The bathrooms were a disgrace & the theater we were in to watch the movie was littered with trash & on top if it my oldest nephew sat in a seat drenched in soda. What a great time...ABSOLUTELY NOTTTTT!!!!

Its an ok theater. Sadly, 2 tickets on a Sunday ran more than $25 for two adults, and the theater is becoming outdated. The parking lot is soviet-union quality littered with potholes and in need of repair. Drinks are over $5 and it was fairly empty during an opening weekend. Mostly clean, but not great inside, and the staff was friendly. The digital screen and sound quality was very good and I think with a little updating this could be a 5-star movie theater again.

What happened to the air conditioning? I get that this place is about 20 years old now, but this was miserable. It was hot and stuffy (with a stale smell) in Theater 5 even though there was a total of five of us in there. For what movie tickets cost now, I shouldnt be uncomfortable the whole time Im there. We usually go to the Carmike north of Pottstown, but Oaks was more convenient last night. Not making that choice again, if I can help it.

Hey, when you go to a movie theater, you have to expect popcorn and trash to some degree. Not all people are fastidious enough to clean up after themselves. I rate the theater 5 stars because its close to home, has enough parking, has restaurants nearby, has multiple theaters, and shows the latest movies, sometimes simultaneously on multiple screens. THIS theater has it all & Ive been coming for years!

I would like to know why movie theaters are now showing commercials! I have a difficult time paying the 10.00 for a movie, but then I go and am subjected to commercials! Its not only Regal from what I understand, and the theater itself is very nice. Never had a bad experience at the theater itself, I just very strongly object to them showing us commercials for anything other that "Upcoming Movies".

If you are sold a ticket for theater 13, ask for your money back. Theres a blown out speaker that was hissing and squealing through the entire movie. Myself and some of the other people there informed the staff. The only response I got was that they would inform the manager. No refund offered, nothing. Normally this theater is fine but that was unacceptable.

The theater is fine but starting to show its age. Seating is okay, screens are flat and the 4k projection and surround sound are adequate. Concessions are priced high and the selection of items is not that great. Also the restrooms are hit and miss with cleanliness and can be packed with people at times (not enough facilities for the size of the venue).
