One of the worst experience so far. I went there to watch beauty and the beast yesterday.I booked my ticket online through Atom 2 months ago under promo .They confirmed my ticket and I got barcode in SMS. Kiosk scanned my barcode which went through. Me and my wife sits at theater.Suddenly few girls came by and told us that the sits we booked are actually theirs. I showed them my booking they showed theirs and it matched. They called managers and they checked tickets and confirmed that it was glitch somewhere. Because I booked through third party they didnt find my credit card so girls blamed me and my wife that we are cone artist and something is fishy. Manager didnt help us so I called atom which confirmed my ticket. I dont want to make a scene so I compromised to sit somewhere else but they gave us two sits D6 and D12 in which D12 is handicap accessible small space and no sit. We simply left as the space we had previously occupied by other individuals.

Love everything about this place! I do have a few small complaints though: 1. Movies at this place only stay there for a little while 2. Seats go out very fast, and if you have movie passes (not gift cards), you cannot reserve them through fandango, you have to physically go to the box office, which is a real pain..... 3. No actual human on the other line, just an horrible, robot. Number to the box office did not work correctly, therefore I had to wait 7 minutes on Regal Customer Service, who was nice, but no help at all. Besides that, love everything else about this place.

As far as movie theaters go, this is a great one to go to. The reserved seating is so nice...you can make sure you get exactly the seat you want and dont have to worry about getting to the movie really early to grab a decent seat. Because it is a small site overall, the lines to get in and the concession line are usually not bad. Of course, the prices at the concession stand are outrageous but that is nothing different than you would get at any other movie theater. The place is clean overall and the reclining chairs in the theater are really nice with plenty of elbow room.

I go to the movies to enjoy a movie, but then it is so cold in that place, that I wish the movie ends soon and I can leave! Can someone tell me why do they turn the AC so low? In these times that all we hear is how to become more environmental friendly, ALL movie theaters have to reconsider their AC policy!!!! Why do we need to take winter clothes with us when we go to a movie theater in mid summer? Please a few degrees higher and everyone will be happy! Even you because you will be saving on your energy bill:-)))

The best movie experience in the region. Box office people are polite, answer all questions with a smile, and are very friendly. The new seats are the most comfortable I have ever experienced. I want one for my home!! The seats recline and are adjustable without a struggle. The theatre is not over packed with people avoiding the sense of being in an overcrowded theatre. Abundant parking is adjacent to the theatre. In short it is a luxurious experience. It makes viewing a film a joy ! I highly recommend it ! Bill

Love the new reclining seats but hate that theatres now hold much less people. Used to go almost weekly with my sisters, we would have dinner at nearby restaurant then into movie theatre to purchase tickets, now you practically have to buy them a week in advance or you cant get in to see the movie of your choice. We are not always sure which day we can go until a day or two before. Would rather sit in the old seats and be sure of gaining entrance to the movie of our choice. Have stopped going.

First time in a while I have been to this theater. I was not impressed. Burnt popcorn smell when I walked in the door. I had passes and was charged an extra $1.50 because the seats reclined. At first the popcorn was exelcent but 1/3 of the way into it and started tasting strange. I got a few dozen unpopped popcorn kennels. The exit sign made the bottom left of the screen glow green. The movie was good, the seats put my legs to sleep! Unless your already in that area, dont eat time going here.

This Regal theater has the most recent movies at the most popular times and watching them in the reclining seats makes it an enjoyable event in itself. From the cashier, to the concession stand workers, and the ticket-taker/usher himself... EVERYONE greets you with a smile and ready to help you any way they can. Im at least a 1/2 hour away and I have other theaters that are much closer, but this is my favorite. Highly recommend.

I am very disappointed in the new format of the theatre. My husband and I enjoyed the spontaneity of going to the movies and then out to dinner but now, if we dont plan at least the weekend before then we cannot get a seat. Also, it is difficult for me to understand why we need to lounge at the movies. The Regal already had very comfortable seating. I guess we will be watching more movies at home.

COMFORT IS FOUND AT LAST!! Each person is guaranteed at least one arm rest, and you can recline to your hearts content. Also, I always start to feel cramped in other theaters after a time in longer movies. Not here. I can stretch and fidget without worrying I am disturbing ANYONE else. My friends and I are watching every Marvel movie and other big hits here instead of the IMAX in the future.

Hadnt been here in a long time, but I certainly missed out on their upgrades. Seats are way better than AMCs, and I luv AMC. I only gave it 4 stars because its something about their popcorn that rubs me the wrong way. Kernals in popcorn hurt my teeth. Also prices are pretty steep. $25 for two people. Guess you gotta pay for them upgrades...lol

The theater is clean and the seats are in good condition. The seats are paired though, which means if youre buying tickets for a date you need to be careful what seats you select or you might find two large armrests between you rather than one. I suppose this could be a good thing depending on how dinner went though.

I have been going to this theater for years and have always had a great experience there. We go to Guiseppes either before or after the movie and that is great too. The reveling seats and assigned seating only make us love it more. It is clean and the workers there are fantastic.

Amazing theatre. Great staff and the theatres are the best laid out and comfortable of any theatre I have ever been in. The GM James Reeves runs the finest movie theatre in the hemisphere. The customer service standards are impeccable. I will not go to any other theatre period.

They really keep this place clean and well maintained. It shows. Good DLP projectors and sound system. They were one of the first to go with assigned home theater seats which means you dont have to arrive early to get good seats and groan at the previews.
