This used to be my favorite place to play on the boards. We used to come in as a family and drop a large amount of money. Things changed over the years and owner is more concerned with profit than with customer happiness. There are too many carrots on a stick to chase to ever feel like you win. And too often you just get hit with the stick than ever get a carrot. More things to chase and never make getting any of them easier or more rewarding has meant I spent at most 40 bucks there all summer this year. Owner changes his ways I will probably come back as the staff there is supportive of customers and caring and awesome. Owner just cares about your wallet though.

Asked a worker if he could break a 20 and he asked me if I wanted quarters. I tried to explain that I just wanted a 10 a 5 and five ones and I was going to just get quarters from th machine as I needed them because I wasnt sure how many Id need. For some reason he didnt understand what I meant and started getting frustrated and angry with me and was being very rude and condescending. I was so upset I just took my family with me and left as fast as I could. I cant believe they would treat people who are on vacation with their kids like that. Unbelievable. Ill will never go back there again and will avoid that place from now on.

Cranes, games are good. Customer service giving change great, but people behind the counter for redemption of tickets and prizes are miserable. They have extremely poor customer service. The wait is long enough then you have employees, 1 example, Ramonia says she help you after she helps another then 40 min later she appears and its only when I said something to remind her. Meanwhile u think someone else would of help no. Every year customer service behind the counter gets worst. This is my last time there.

Staff is nice and friendly, very young ( so probably underpayed) but overall, the place is dirty and dated. I wanted to wash my hands after leaving. Also, gifts look cheap, like what you would find at a dollar store. I spent $100, which went surprisingly quick and earned a little over 2000 points. I had to laugh at what 2000 points would but me. Lol. Your odds are better in Atlantic city. My overall opinion is to maximize profit, they minimize quality. Just my opinion...

Good place to go and have fun while loosing your money, with the possibility of winning something. Make sure to only alot yourself so much money to use to play the games, or you will just keep on playing not realizing how much you have spent. Beware of some of the claw machines, the claws are not strong enough for the prizes in them.

It is an awesome arcade for kids very cheap to play games and we loved it So fun I like a ball drop game and there are fidget spinners and fidget square there or whatever so fun also a fun place to eat is Auntie Annes pretzels on the boardwalk you have to go to Auntie Annes pretzels so good and go to gate way 26 too.

This is just another Boardwalk arcade like the rest, they have a TON of ticket/token machines, but nothing too special. Most (if not all) of the cranes are rigged to drop the toy when they get to the top. An okay place for little kids, but for a young adult like myself, I spent all of 10 minutes in here.

The greatest arcade in Wildwood. Thisll be one of the highlights of your trip. It has 100s of arcade and crane machines ranging from Pokerino to Jurassic World crane machines. Theres also slots and pinball. This place is huge and uses the space wisely. Theres also 25 cent cranes which is a treat.

Its the best arcade place on the boardwalk! You can play different types of games here also has many cranes that u can win things not just stuff animals they have Ipods in the machines and even more things. So if you are looking for the best arcade on the boardwalk go to Gateway 26.

They treat you like family.. you can accumulate points at this arcade and use them anywhere in the world.. we have bought dryers from Sears, airline tickets and was told about someone putting an addition on Their house with accumulated points.. the more you play the more they pay

This place is great and I dont know about the other review but this is where I win big! I recently went there and won about 8 plush toys with $15. Thats great compared to other arcades. If theres an arcade to spend it all in, its this place.

Great casino, lots of games. Can be a little crowded sometimes and the games are somewhat expensive. Some of the games are rigged for you to lose every time and you will not win a prize but that is expected from a boardwalk casino/ arcade.

Definitely the best arcade on the boardwalk. Some games are only a quarter but the claw tension is very low so it doesnt actually grab the stuffed animal or toy. Fun place to be at. Free food if you are a member. Tons of prizes.

Kids always have a blast in there, but the cranes need to be adjusted or removed. Very few people win. About 10 years ago that Webb by the case. Of you dump $10 into a crane machine you should get at least one prize....

The best place on the boardwalk! Fun games, fair prices for the prizes. Insider tip, if you are bad at using the cranes to get a prize like me, then you can exchange some tickets/tokens for things in the cranes!

Ive been going here every single year for yearsss and its awesome. Always updating games, can get crowded because its a popular spot. My children love it, still one of the few places with 25¢ grab machines.

Crane games are all a rip off. Grabbers are so loose that if you pick up anything they let go. Or it doesnt even grasp the prizes at all. The rest of the games arent anything special.

All the cranes were not pricey but all of them would pick up the item and slightly open up and drop it. I spent a lot of money there and left with nothing. Dont go to Gateway 26!

The actual games are okay, but the dude who runs it is a total douche, and the people who operate their phones give inaccurate information and should be fired.

So many games youll probably get lost in the maze. You need a lot of tickets to get anything good but if youre just after playing youre in a great place.

Crazy busy in there. Cranes are a quater still, cheap food and drink too. One of only two arcades I would spend money or time in.
