I have bought many, many items here over the years and recently bought my son a used set of clubs and a 3 wood. The head came off the shaft of the 3 wood on the 4th time he used it, and Golf Etc. wanted me to pay for the repair. They even insinuated that since I could not produce a receipt, I may have been lying about my purchase. I understand that used clubs do not have a warranty, but they displayed terrible customer service to the point of being insulting. I will take my golf equipment dollars elsewhere.

Went to buy a driver, I knew what I wanted, but all the guy wanted to do was sell me the latest most expensive driver they had. After I told him I just want to replace the same club Ive had for the last 2 years, he called over a young kid to help me, like if he couldnt sell me an expensive club he didnt want to waste his time on me. Back to buying all my clubs online I guess.

They carry all the major brands, large equipment selection. The staff is very helpful. They have a simulator so you can try a club before you buy it, or have a club fitting. The staff helps you with your golf swing while you are on the simulator. They are very friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable.

Horrible. Staff not interested in helping my 11 year old find a new driver. Spoke down to him. We had items picked to purchase & we put them back. Wont be returning.
