Front nine is wooded and quite hilly, back 9 is more open. Some very good holes, all of the par-3s are enjoyable. A few clunky holes though, the par 5s are a bit weak and have some goofy shots. Number 4 is particularly odd as you hit your second shot blind off the top of a cliff. Number 16 is practically the same hole as number 4 but this time you can see the hazards, much better. Number 10 is a little strange, hitting your second shot onto a disconcerting 20-foot high mound . The par 4s are quite strong with lots of different challenges. Overall was quite pleasant, good conditions, and the place was practically empty at 3 pm on a Sunday.

One of the best courses in the area and one of the the best courses in Pa overall. For only about $70 its a deal. Amazing greens, picturesque views make this a great course. Well maintained sand traps and spongy fairways with tough thick rough invite players of all levels.

I play here on average once a week. This is a tough course but the challenge will make you a better golfer. Regarding the tough Par 5s (#7 and #13), they are positional holes, not grip it and rip it holes. The course is a hidden Gem.

Went in early November. Greens were not being maintained well. Also, they let rockhounds out on the course to look for rocks who were disruptive and in the way. Would be fine for $25-30, but they charge $40..

This is definitely a hidden gem! Got there early, only a few people waiting. Not busy, staff was great. Standing on the first green the view was freeking beautiful. Every hole I played was awesome.

Iron valley has a great layout. It has perfect greens and nicely cut fairways. If anyone wants to play a challenging but fun course iron valley is the golf course for you.

Golf course and clubhouse is awesome for the cost. Pro shop staff very friendly. Difficulty of the course is above average. Bring a dozen balls if your average is over 90

Great layout, a lot of hidden shots for time visitors. Greens near perfect. Felt like I was at Myrtle Beach for 9 holes then the Piconos for 9 holes.

Very good restaurant with formal style eating but casual dress is okay too. Good prices and wonderful people. I would recommend to everyone !!

Not worth the money. Greens are bumpy & very slow. This course used to be in much better shape. Par 5s are terribly designed.
