I will NEVER be going back to this place, EVER! We wanted to take our 4 yr old and 1 yr old to a place where they could run and play and have fun during the rainy days. First of all, all the reviews about cleanliness are true, this place is a complete dump! I almost turned around and left as soon as we walked in, but my son was so in awe of the play structure that we decided to stay, a decision I would regret later. After searching the whole place for a clean table, we decided to just set up camp (place our diaper bag and jackets) inside the under 3 area because there was absolutely NOWHERE clean to sit. All of the tables were either occupied or had piles of food stacked on them. It looked as though no one had been by to bus them or clean all day. After posting up in the little area, my husband took our son into the big tunnels while I stayed with our baby to have her jump in the jumpy house that was designated for under 3 yr olds. Let me just say that I almost got in a fight with another mom. There is absolutely no monitoring of this area, or any area in fact, which led to my one year old daughter being tackled by a ten year old as he jumped through the bouncy house door. Older kids were running in and out of this area, taking over the whole area at times, while those of us with little ones had nowhere else to go (and by taking over I mean wrestling in the jumpy house and the sort). I made one comment about how the area was designated for little ones and it was received with glares and posturing and comments under peoples breath. Look, all I wanted to do was let my kids have a fun day, I dont need that, especially when my daughter was crying and upset because she was taken out by an older kid! I shrugged off that incident and brought my child over to the rides and the play structure that was in the middle of that area, but I was so disgusted with how everything was sticky and dirty and it looked and felt as though it hadnt been cleaned in years!. The floors, where we are all supposed to running around in our socks (or at least our kids are) were tearing up in places, black, sticky and FILTHY! My husband came back with our son after only about 20 min stating that the tubes stank, they were filthy too and the older kids were being rude and bullying to our four year old son. Kids would just push him out of the way because he is smaller and going slow, etc. I understand that this facility cant police everything that goes on, but there should be some monitoring for safety reasons. This brings me to my next point, we didnt see ANYONE doing anything except the girl who checked us in, a girl taking tickets for toys, and a girl behind the counter for food, other than that there was no one around (let me just say that the people we did see were very polite and were doing their best). However, people/kids could do whatever they wanted, the place was trashed, the games didnt work (kept taking your money) and the BATHROOMS!!!! Ugh, dont even get me started!!! I almost gagged when I walked in from the smell, every single toilette was backed up in the womens restroom and as my son HAD to go I walked him in to the least plugged toilette and he said "mama, why are my socks getting wet"... yup, pee everywhere! It was at this point I had enough and left. I saw one comment where someone said that public parks are dirty and the such, but I would argue with that statement. I have been to some pretty dirty public parks but the level of filth and complete disregard for everything at this place make it take the cake in my opinion. If I owned this place I would fire the manager, burn the place to the ground and start over. Dont waste your time going here. And before the manager responds to this post, listen, I have been in management and I have worked in the industry. There is no excuse for the level of complete disregard this place has seen. All of this is on your shoulders, so step up and do your job already before someone gets hurt. PS: both my kids got sick the next day after visiting... no big surprise there!

If I could give this place a negative star I would..... I have honestly never written a review about anywhere. This place has caused me to break my silence as a parent to fellow parents. I attended a birthday party this last Sunday for my neices 1st birthday party. My sister made reservations 2 weeks ahead put down a deposit and all the good stuff that goes along with gearing up for a party. We get to The Jungle and a greeted with a less than happy employee.... I mean you work around a bunch of kids wouldnt you pick people who are happy and cheerful? We are given wrist bands, gifts are taken and the person walks away... no direction at all. So we walk around looking for the rest of the party. This is at 5:30 the room was suppose to be ready at 6:30pm... We find our group, the kids are playing, we are hitting up the concession stand because we are all getting hungry/ thirsty and 6:30 comes around..... no word from anyone. Okay lets give it a few... 6:45 rolls around nothing we go up to the counter greeted with the same rude unconcerned people. 7pm comes around still nothing, finally at 7:15 we are brought to our "Party Room". This is where it went from slightly annoying to full on HORRIBLE! We were told upon entering that the girl that was suppose to lead our party called in they girl they gave us had never done this before and wasnt sure what to do. This pizza that everyone by that time was so hungry for was cold not even everything ordered was there. They were literally out of EVERY type of drink you could imagine with the exception of coke.... Thats always fun to give your children at 7:30pm at night. The cake was brought in minutes after sitting down later to find out this was being done on purpose. By the time the cake was brought in it was 7:55pm. We were cleaning our own tables serving the food, and then getting ready for gifts..... Well guess what "were sorry we are actually closing at 8pm tonight" We had someone starring us down like a hawk with we rushed through gifts to get out some not even being opened. When the website and confirmation clearly indicated the place closed at 8:30. The kids were not allowed to play again or use the tokens they were give in the room. To make matters worse as we were leaving we addressed the fact that the site and confirmation said 830 closing and we were told. "We are just closing early tonight because our sales this weekend were bad" WOOOOOW. Well I wonder why? This was not even my childs birthday but will NEVER go there again, recommend it to anyone, or attend a party their again. I hope they refund the crazy expensive cost for a party that was so horrible it would have been better in the parking lot.

Please DO NOT let your kids play on this play structure - it is not maintained and at points is well over 20 feet in height. I have complained to the city on this specific point. Dropping in on a Sunday, we hadnt been there in several years but our younger ones were old enough so we made a trip there. Thats funny, it always used to be packed, now its a ghost town, wonder why. We quickly found out. First off there was litter on the floor everywhere. Not just someone hadnt been around in an hour, more like in a few weeks. Then there were the dinning area tables, filthy, and I mean every one of the 30 or so in there, like bad, bits of food, trash, grease, you name it. Climbing into the play structure myself to follow the kids on occasion I noticed broken netting in the "web tubes" and other frayed material in other places that was structural in nature, and this stuff gets high in places. In addition, there was a bouncy castle on the second floor that if you came down the slide just right and bounced just right you could easily go right over the railing and fall to the first floor. And there there are the arcade games - what can I say, hardly any of them work. Some are jammed with money, others take your money but dont register the money and hence dont work. And the staff? Couldnt be less interested in anything going on or customers. The floors are a mess, the walls are dirty, the whole place is just a total dump. And before the owner would like to respond that its under new management or that you get busy sometimes, it wasnt busy, it was dead, and for good reason. And the responses about being under new management were posted months before my July visit. Sorry, but new management IS the problem. Bottom line is this place is totally neglected and yet has kids climbing over 20 feet high in a structure that parents are unable to really visualize since most parents arent crawling around inside. I did and it was scary to see the neglect, but at the same time not at all surprising given how much of a dump the entire place was. Again, DO NOT let your kids go in this structure.
