3 Soccer fields, used for local league play, yet available most days for pickup games. Covered picnic area. Plenty of parking. ~2009 jungle gym next to picnic area. Lots of open flat mowed grass area. Fishing possible on Lynnhaven River, but no good open areas to sit around the shoreline, so most stand. Bird watchers can be seen often. Bald Eagles nest (I think) that youll see multiple cars/cameras waiting to get a glimpse of. Only restroom is a porta potty that isnt always there or in working order.

Soccer fields on one side, picnic area plus kids jungle gym on other side of the road. Nice place for an end of season soccer party location.

Good place. Some areas get quite muddy after heavy rains, though.
