We are still recovering from a stressful first visit. Note: if you are escorting a toddler to help them play, climb out of ball pits, etc you will be asked to pay for jump time and purchase grip socks (even if you arent playing). Then, since I couldnt go in to help my daughter out of the ball pit I asked an employee to help. He sat and watched for 5 minutes while 3 other little kids tried unsuccessfully to help her up. Things seemed fine and fun until the spaceship ride. My daughter rode it once with no issues. Then, my son and nephew got on with her for another ride. Midway through, my two year old was able to stand up (even after the attendant buckled her in). My dad noticed since the attendant didnt see and ran yelling stop the ride. I ran over as she looked like she was going to fall out. At this time, the attendant was hitting the emergency stop button but nothing happened. My dad grabbed my daughter and tried to pull her out but her foot got stuck in the belt. I grabbed her and was able to tug her out while the ride rotated away. She could have broken many bones or landed on her head. The ride finally stopped when a key was used to turn it off. My nephew was so scared that he wet himself. All of this in on surveillance video. I ran to get a manager while the attendant worked to stop the ride with the boys on it. She walked over and saw the ride was stopped and said, "oh, I guess its fixed." I asked if they needed to fill out an incident report. She looked at my daughter and said, "no shes fine. We only fill one out if someone is injured." I told my father and he demanded one be filled out and got a photo of it. Since there was an issue with the ride, the owner and another man came over to look at it. Neither appeared to know much about electrical work. I am so thankful that my kids are all OK but am beyond disappointed and frustrated with how employees behavior. This staff is not trained properly and the rides apear to not have maintenance or working seatbelts. Might need a damn lawyer since they dont seem to give a damn and someone could get really hurt.

Although this is a beautiful new place with lots to do the Management doesnt have it all together. Mid day when its getting busy & you are paying $20 an hour per kid you want to have food ready to eat when they are. There is a FULL MENU to order from & after going down to the 5th item they finally said they had it. Mind you it was just French fries!! They didnt even have Pizza. So we order chili chz FF & when is came out it was just FRENCH FRIES. and 29 MINUTES later!! We just celebrated our sons 8th birthday there a few day earlier and they said they were out if Hot dogs when we tried to order extra food. The pizza for the party was also 20 minutes LATE & they didnt even give us that time back! We had to rush my sons cake & present opening. I think if they are promoting a FULL MENU then it should all be readily available. Also if you are a parent paying $300+ for your party food needs to be ON TIME and if not then you DONT rush the FAMILY because of your mistake!!

I am a little irritated and bothered about how we were treated. They wouldnt even let me in because of my "explicit " clothing (shorts) which was understandable. I had on jean shorts that stopped slightly above the knee. So then I go home change in to jeans with no rips or cuts in them then they tell me I cant wear jeans either so Im like what the heck what can u wear?! One lady tells me I can wear running shorts, spandex shorts or leggings. (This was during the teen jump hours). So Im soo frustrated at this point I planned to have a great time and jump with some friends on a Friday night. But thanks to this place and their terrible way of letting customers know of the rules my Friday night was ruined! As I leave I look to my left and see 3 Caucasian girls around my age walk into the jump area with Jean shorts WAYY shorter than mine! I feel like we werent treated fairly because we were different.

Upon walking in we got in line to pay for 2 twelve year old to jump. We were in line for 10 mins before we got to the register . Once we got up to the register they immediately sent us back out of line to sign a waiver (no signs stating to do this prior to getting in the paying line as of 8/4/17). We filled out the waivers and got back in line pay, then tell us we are REQUIRED to buy special jumping socks (regular socks apparently not good enough). The whole time the young staff members as well as the manager were very Rude! This place is sub par beyond these issues. I would NEVER bring any child back here nor recommend this place to anyone! This is NOT a true indoor trampoline park with big trampolines. This is meant more for small kids ages 2-9. If I wouldnt have promised the kids a cool indoor fun day , I would have walked out!

BEWARE!!!The kids love this place but it is overpriced (party packages) and dangerous. I was hit in the head as I walked past the dodge ball area and a little girl was hit in the face and bleeding. They only give you 30 minutes in the party room to eat pizza, sing happy birthday, eat cake and take pictures. This is very inconsiderate of your patrons as it forces everyone to rush while eating. This also takes away from the fun and social aspect of the party because you dont have time to do anything except scarf your food down. Management should consider party goers instead of trying to squeeze so many parties into a limited time frame. More importantly they should make the dodge ball area safer as I am still suffering with a severe headache 4 hours later.

While my children has a BLAST and we will return because of this, there are a few issues that bothered me: 1.) No reduced rate for wee ones 1 and under. I had to pay for BOTH MYSELF and my 11 month old (who can crawl and walk) to literally sit on the trampolines and watch brother and sister have their fun. I suggested either 1 and under is free with paying adult OR adult does not have to pay if with the child. 2.) Lack of staff. There were multiple areas closed due to "no one working area". All in all, fun but wayyy overpriced for 30 minutes of jumping on a trampoline. They should have a membership or pass to purchase so that those who wish to come multiple times a month or week, can get a bit of a break for themselves and kids.

My kids love the place, and they wanted to go with mom and dad, bad idea, we came away very unpleased. We bought 1 hour for 5 persons exactly from 4 to 5 pm. There was this monitor guy called Kash wandering around for the last 15 mins of our stay and at 4 58 pm according to their own wall digital watches he said, Hey your time is up!!! What?? Am i your friend??? Is that the way to talk to a customer??? How can you use the trampoline if this guy was less than 3 feet of us. Then i requested to talk to the manager, she shows up 10 mins later unidentified, saying, im sorry where are going to talk to him. Sorry but the place is nice, the people working there is not, and have not a clue about customer service and how to treat people
