If I could give this place a zero star review I would. I booked my sons party online a month ahead of time and hadnt heard anything from them. So, I call today 2 weeks before his birthday party and am told that his party is in fact not booked. The online reservation that I made is actually only an inquiry, not a reservation. It says absolutely nothing about needing to pay a deposit to make it a reservation, which I would have been prepared to do had the option been available. I speak to the Manager at the VB location where the party was booked and all she has to say is "oh well, how about the 7th or 15th". The 7th is a Friday at 4 pm which isnt even enough time for parents to get their children home from school let alone to a damn birthday party. And the 15th is a week after his birthday, who the hell does that? She also tells me that someone called me the day after I made the online "inquiry" to confirm everything yet I had no call on the 6th nor any voicemail. She didnt stretch herself to offer any other solution to a problem that they caused and this is just ridiculous. No outside party room table set up or anything. Now my son who has been asking for a party here for a year will be disappointed and Im trying to come up with something else last minute. These people are unbelievable and I will try my hardest, to my poor childrens dismay to never do business with them again.

Great place to have an amazing time with the family! When you sign the waiver at the beginning make sure you put yourself as a kid if you are doing the adult ninja course. The waiver form on the computer is prefilled just change it to your info. Kids area: adult cant go to the top area probably due to weigh restrictions but you can walk with your socks on around the first floor and see everything. The speed slide is a real speed slide so make sure kids are laying on their backs with arms crossed. They have a toddler area too which was cool. Different areas go by height 33 to 60 inches for kids area. Toddlers are below 33 and adults are above 60. Ninja course: harder then it seems I workout about 3 times a week and could only due to course twice. If you dont workout for endurance I thick once is enough. I got the unlimited and could only do it twice. First time I made 3 out of 5, the next time I made 5 out of 5 with taking some breaks in between. The first obstacles for me was the hardest. The more you do it the easier it gets but the more tired you are. Stretch first as you can get hurt easily. I am 33 yrs old. Read the 1 star reviews one person never went inside because it was closed and another is talking about the food.

Overall my kids seem to enjoy themselves and the prices are not terrible for the playground area. Adults can have fun as well but I wouldnt pay to go in their Ninja warrior area. This first visit I tried the bacon cheeseburger deluxe and the vanilla milkshake. The burger was ok for the location. Do not get the milkshakes here it will be a lot of milk dumped on ice cream. When I told the original person of my mistake they took it back and remade the same thing again. The waitress took awhile to come back with the milkshake the second time and appeared to be displeased with the fact I asked how they make their milkshakes. She eventually took the item back and didnt offer me at the time anything for substitution. She came back 5-7 minutes later asking if I wanted a fountain drink or water (to which was declined now at this point because of my dismay). This waitress also smelled like smoke which for a kids place is a bit of a turn off and part of the reason of me lowering my score. I will be back for my kids to play and may try food again but only because my kids enjoyed themselves and I would like to give this place a second opportunity.

Do not bring your child there if they are under 33". This place was totally unorganized, different employees telling us different things. They have a play area the size of a postage stamp for kids under the height requirements, yet they dont have it blocked off so the little ones can escape and access the bigger play area. Totally stressful for a parent of 2 kids that cant play in the same area. Then they have different prices for both areas and wasnt told this. So I bought two wristbands for the big play area only to be yelled at and stalked by other employees telling me that my 2 year old was too small to play in the big playground. So I went to get a refund and new bracelet for my 2 year old, gave them my card for the refund and still no refund back to my bank account, this was a week ago. My 2 year old then wanted nothing to do with the "baby" area because she already went down a slide in the big kid area and was fine on that slide and she kept wanting to go down. This caused the employee to continue yelling at me. OVERALL - they are unorganized and have a poor layout if you are bringing little ones and older kids.

This place is relaxing if you have children who can play alone, complete with a cafe and chairs allowing you to sit and watch the "sharks mouth” which serves as entry and exit to a multilevel child play space. The toddler area feels like nothing more than a McDonalds or ChickfilA play area. Toddler is any child under 34”. They pay a reduced rate and are only allowed on the first level. Parents go in with a toddler but it makes it difficult to see your other children particularly if they are younger and likely to wander out of the play space. There is nothing keeping them from completely exiting the facility if they choose. Some of the staff seemed disinterested but the front desk clerk was courteous and very helpful. There is a military discount and this place is worth a visit as the kids will likely enjoy it. They also have a bumper car area that you can add on for an additional fee as well as a few games and a ninja course for adults.

We absolutely love this place and our children have the absolute best time. They can play and I dont have to worry about them. The only downfall here is the staff-- they are not the friendliest (wait staff--not front desk) and they are not very prompt on taking your order or acknowledging you. Also one more thing we have each experienced is our children get sick a lot after visiting here. Not sure what their rules are for sanitizing but just about every other time they get sick after visiting and they do not go to school or daycare. All in all... we will still bring our kids here because they love it that much.... and this is a wonderful concept!

Fun place for kids to have fun but the wait staff doesnt seem to care about their job much. I had 2 servers tell me they wouod be right back for my order.....mind you there were only 4 other tables with people at them. The servers went back to the kitchen and stood there for 20 minutes as we waited. I finally had to go ask for help. Food on sign by the front door must be what is about to turn, ordered chicken nachos......chips were stale, lettuce thrown all over it to cover up the 2 tiny pieces of chicken that were on it. I will bring my kids to play here but never to eat again. Still had to pay for nachos even though i did not eat them. Thanks!
