Unfortunately I have a negative review of FPL KidsKingdom. While, I have reached out through email, phone, and Facebook, I am having a difficult time getting a hold of Melody, the owner, or any staff. We recently had a "gold package" party for my son (Dec. 2016), but we did not receive what was advertised. The children did have fun and it seems like Kids Kingdom has good potential if they had improved organization. Regarding the party, I had called two days prior to make sure everything was ready and was assured it was. When we first arrived at 10:30 it was hard to find an employee and there was already a one year old party in progress. When we did find the young man working he didn’t know about our party and took us to the one year old room. I informed him that that couldn’t be for my child, who was turning 5. He looked really confused. I was scared that our party was forgotten, but then asked him if there was another room, possibly. He said, oh yeah, and took me to another room. The room had mismatched table cloths, tan, red, baby blue, and the one on the center table was a birthday party table cloth, but it was torn and had old frosting and sticky stuff on it. After looking at the other table cloths I realized they were all dirty. I asked for a washcloth, but it wouldn’t remove all of it and I didn’t like how the table cloths didn’t match. There were also old Christmas decorations on the side table. All of the decorations and dirty table cloths ended up being hidden under this table. I ended up sending my husband to the dollar store to buy new table cloths. This in itself is not a really big deal, but I had called and I would have brought table cloths if I knew ahead of time. I was embarrassed and didn’t want the party tables to look dirty. The paper ware was all mismatched, also. Since my husband had to go and the room wasn’t ready it was a little embarrassing because people started showing up for the 11am party and the room wasn’t ready. Around the same time, another employee came. It turns out he was making an ice-cream run for the parties. The ice cream machine is still broken. You should really remove your birthday party info. that says, “FlavorBurst ice cream cone” for each child. Additionally, I wanted to put the favor bags out on the tables and was told that they were not prepared and I needed to wait until the end of the party. When I asked about balloon centerpieces, the employee didn’t seem to know what I was talking about and that they came with the package. We never received centerpieces, and my son never received a birthday crown/crowning ceremony. The kids still had a fun party, but I didn’t feel as though we really received the “gold party package.” Your employee did provide a complimentary pizza because of the table cloths, but no one ate it because we only had about 14 kids show up, being New Year’s Eve. Also, no one ever checked to see if the pizza had egg in it in regards to my son’s allergy.

We booked our daughters birthday party at Kids Kingdom. Parents beware! Not only were they late in arriving for the party and opening. They offered no apology or even introduced themselves. We had all our guests waiting in the parking lot for a one oclock party. They show up at 1:05. The party room was not even decorated and was filthy. They were so unprofessional. The male you had working there has no customer service skills and should definitely not be employed in this area. He was very belligerent! We called earlier in the week to firm up details and told everything was all set. When you order food and see this male leave the establishment half way into the party and come back with Walmart bags of food, you know they were not prepared. Only saving grace was the princess that we paid extra for that they contract. She was apologetic and great with the kids. So if you want a stress free party this is not the place for you! Who knows when they may show up to open the doors. And to the owner dont use the weather as an excuse. We had Thirteen parents of three and four year olds that seem to be able to arrive on time but you couldnt. You should be ashamed!!!

Good place once you can find it. Even once you find it and walk in... youre still not sure if you are in the right place as you just walk into a small and enclosed room. My 2 year old daughter did enjoy herself once we were there and the price was reasonable. My only other concern is the the hours do not seem to match the website? We showed up on Friday morning when the website said it opened at 10am. The doors were locked and no one answered the phone. A bunch of parents and screaming children waiting to get in finally left around 11.. not sure whatever happened there other than maybe a staffing issue?? Bottom line... great as long as you can get in!!

We took my daughter here a few weeks ago. Its a kids size town setup in the back of the building. It has a lot of little houses all with different activities as well as sides and other activities. The price is more than reasonable as its a pay one price play all day. Great spot for younger kids with big imaginations

Great once you find it, there is no exterior signage. Go to the last door at the back of the building. Reasonably stocked town with store fronts, playground play structures. Best for 2-5 years old. My biggest worry is that it will go out of business with no one being able to find it.

This place is no longer open. We went to go today Jan 14, and the landlord was there cleaning up and said that it was closed down. A shame because we drove an hour to meet friends.
