I had to write this review this evening for a fantastic employee by the name of Morgan! I had the pleasure of being waited on her at her soon to be old job at Wendys. I had a special dietary need that her manager was less then enthusiastic when asked about accommodating my request. Without hesitation Morgan stepped up and offered to leave the register and make me a special salad that met my needs. When she brought it to the table with a smile on her face I thought "Wow this young lady is so above average I couldnt believe she was in a fast food restaurant!" After thanking her for her special above and beyond treatment I asked for her name so I could leave her a great review on Wendys Google listing. I was shocked a second time to find out that she was delivering 5 star customer service while working her last week because she was I believe going full time at the Works at Wyomissing! I just wanted to say if the management at the Works at Wyomissing are smart they will utilize this young ladys talents in a training or management capacity! I can assure any potential visitors to the Works that interact with Morgan will have a 5 star experience. Keep up the great work you have a bright future!

I have been to a lot of family Entertainment centers. And with four older kids, thats a lot. I really dont agree with many of the statements made here- this place rocks. And if you check my name, Google it, or anything else, I dont say this lightly. It was well staffed, and once they found out we were new, answered our questions. The go-carting was awesome! The game room was large... I have been to Brunswick centers that have the same number of games but the condition is terrible and most of them dont work. Here, they actually did, except for both Sponge Bobs, which were stuck. Overall, a great time and great value- and I understand this is relative... we were there on a semi-vacation so we were willing to spend more. But the value was much better than Dave and Busters in Philly, make no mistake. My only wish is that they incorporate the restaurant with the games more... its way too far... instead of having the Slick Willys cafe (which was empty), move that in between the games and the restaurant with a bar. You will make more sales, while keeping a family friendly environment.

This was the worst dining experience Ive ever had. Absolutely terrible service. A table of 8 with a different server was in and out faster than the two of us and all we ordered were appetizers and salads!! The server was slow and uninterested. Took forever to get our salads and then our appetizers (which were our meals) came out immediately after! Our food ended up getting cold while eating our salads. And the server never brought us small plates, even though we were obviously sharing the appetizers. We had to get up and ask another server for small plates! From the time we finished eating to when we actually left was 35 minutes because the server (John) was that slow with our check! I couldnt recommend this place any less. Considered speaking with a manager but he was so slow, dopey, and uninterested that I figured he wouldnt even care. Honestly Ive never written a review and never left a tip below 20% (I am easy to please) but this place was TERRIBLE!

I have been going to the Works for a business lunch every week for many years. We have always been well attended to and the service has always been wonderful. The server we usually see ( Abraham ) always is very accomodating and has our drinks for us ready before we even sit down. The food choices are varied. The burgers are very well cooked and there are some great choices. Another favorite is the Blackened Chicken Pasta! I would not just think of the Works as a "kids" place. Families have many options there with the Works game Room and the Ball city, which Kids love and Slick Willies ( go carts etc) which is a big favorite! But it is also just a great place to sit and unwind and chat and have a great lunch or dinner. If you want to change it up...head right next door to Building 24 which has amazing drinks and food as well and an awesome wait and bar staff.

Will NEVER being going there again. Never had a problem before until now. Had my car keyed in the parking lot, and not a scratch, the entire side of the car has a line going down. No one in the place has answers to help us on finding out who had done it besides filing a police report. But that is no good because there cameras only reach to the front row of the lot. Now that I have to pay out of pocket hundreds of dollars in damages done to my car i will be sure to NEVER return to them. The manager there was no help at all, she took down my husband information, but we saw what she had wrote down and we see she has no real intentions on helping us. She didnt have answers to half of our questions , she just kept saying to call the police. We already know the cops will be no help.

I hope this post improves the efficiency and over all experience of The Works. Honestly, this place is going down hill. We waited 25 minutes for a table when there where 15-20 tables open. Its a Friday night, therefore an understaffed restaurant was the issue. To continue, the service for the restaurant wasnt complimentary to the awesome building its in. Slow service, crappy mixed drinks, and ordering appetizers that come as a side order and barely half a plate. Its an app! Fill the plate! Either way, the prices are going up and the service and positivity this place used to have is in the ditch. Time to step it up management! Im calling you out! Make this place an awesome experience not a boring, expensive and depressing night.

The only thing that makes this place a destination and has earned it an average rating from me is the upstairs bar area. Averaged priced drinks and drink specials. Usually has good atmosphere and the kind of bands youd expect at a place like this. Food is overpriced as far as quality goes. Its a touch better than dave and busters but not by much. Youd be better off going to one of the dozen or so places within a 3 mile radius that has better food for the price. Theyve had the same old tired games for years with a few exceptions. This place is really nothing special unless youre looking for somewhere to go on a Friday night.

Our kids love this place. They have a huge indoor playground that the kids spent a good amount of time in. Then we headed down to the arcade area. Most of the games are centered on young children, ours are 11 and 8, so they were pretty happy. Very few games for grownups, but I enjoyed their selection of retro arcade games. We have not done the Go-Karts yet, but the people that are riding seem to be enjoying them. They have two different tracks. We had dinner at the attached restaurant, and were pleased with the food and service.
