Underrated, great value, two thumbs up for this oldie-but-a-goodie course. Well kept 18-holes and minimal crowds, a visit to Glenwood ensures a great time whether a solo golfer after work of with your foursome on a Saturday morning. The course is in great shape (not PGA quality, but still in great shape) with consistent greens and well kept fairways. Only reason a 4 stars is there isnt a driving range. Very nice staff, too.

Almost always able to get on this course. I am also if I willing to find a game, or someone to play with or compete against. Staff is very friendly and professional. You can find what you need to enjoy and test your golf skills. If you loose balls it is your own responsibility. The course is not tricked up. What you see is what you get. Good place to enjoy a round of golf and meet some interesting people.

This is a great golf course for beginners, kids, and low handicappers alike. The course is always in decent condition and is an old school design with small greens. Glenwood staff are extremely friendly and appreciate your business. Snack bar items are reasonably priced. Overall a great value for golf.

Played Gleenwood today course in ok shape but they dont honor whats on golfnow!!! They make up on rates when you get there, and dont honor the twilight!!!! Today was last day playing at Gleenwood! !!! Its all about principal!!!!

This is a "you get what you pay for" situation. The course hasnt been updated since the 80s according to the gravestone hole maps. Extremely dry course and not much of a challenge. The club house staff was the only highlight.

Glenwood is a bargain! As of April 27th, 2008, they have the best greens I have ever played on in the Richmond area. Their rough and fairways could use some work, but overall a really nice course for the price.

My idea of a low end public course, but for all the traffic, the greens and fairways are well kept. Good course and not overpriced. No driving range.
