The service inside the hall was great! We received great attention to detail. However, they contract their valet parking to an outside company. Valet was not at the same level as the hall. They mistreated cars. I had several guest call and complain that they discovered damage to their cars. Several cars were scratch and 2 were dented. Unfortunately, because they didn’t inspect their car before they left the valets insurance was not able/refusing to cover the damages. One guest had her car parked outside on the street by the valet and had it broken into. They did cover her damaged though because she saw it before she left. This place can be truly great if they hired a new valet company. If you are having your event here please, please, please have your entire guest inspect their cars before they leave. It will prevent unnecessary headaches at a later time.

I just called to get a price estimate or more info for my wedding and the lady that answered was completely rude and no help what so ever. I wouldnt even recommend anyone call them. They completely made this a horrible experience.

Ive done a couple of events at this place and I love it. Great location and wonderful easy to work with staff and management. The servers are fast, parking was plentiful and low priced compared to the other hotel/banquet places.

It has parking in the back as well as along the street. The front room has a bar and interesting decor. The main room is large and also has classy decor. Had a wedding reception there and it was perfect.

The owner, Grant Alexander. Seems to have difficulty in paying his employees. Dont do business with the Imperial unless you plan on getting stiffed by someone who doesnt pay his bills. Exceptionally rude.

Beautiful venue and offers pretty much anything that would cause a headache to do on your own (rent tables, chairs, table cloths, silver wear, lighting, bartenders, dance floor top, catering)

A lovely venue for a celebration on a budget. It is more affordable then near by locations and it has great food. I went for a friends wedding reception and it was beautiful inside.

Nice place. You pay to park valet or park on the very busy street. As a guest, its a nice venue. Close to hotels, but not walking distance. Holds a huge group.
