Hands down the worse movie theatre experience Ive ever had. Shouldve known there would be an issue when we walked up to buy tickets and ALL FOUR associates - one being a manager - were standing against the wall face-deep in their cellphones. Every associate that we came into contact with was rude and acted as though they hated their jobs. There was a point where we were the next customers to pay for the popcorn we had received, and as the customer in front of us walked away, we went to step up to the counter and some random person stepped right in front of us and the cashier proceeded to check her out after witnessing what just happened. When we finally got up to the counter, my partner said something about the person who rudely jumped in front of us, and the cashier defended her, saying that "in her defense, she had jumped out of line a few minutes ago to grab something else." Okay, regardless, thats not our problem, and thats not how that works. In the actually movie theatre, the audience was loud and disruptive throughout the entire movie. The room was packed, and Id say about 80% of the guests spent the majority of their time jumping up and down and walking through the aisles. At one point, my partner and I were so irritated that we contemplated leaving halfway through the movie. Overall, first impressions are really important, and having been our first time to this theatre... we will never return. Well go out of our way to go to Regal in Harborview. Much better experience over there.

THANKS A LOT! I have talked to a manager on three different occasions about a birthday party for my son for the date of December 17th. He was happy to help me and told me to call back to schedule it a little later in the week. I called today and they said "OH, We arent allowed to schedule parties on the 17th of December, the last day we can do it is on the 16th." Thank you Chesapeake Square for the inconvenience and making me now have to scramble to find a different venue. You lost money for that day and my business for good.

This theater has state-of-the-art equipment, with an excellent sound system as well as 3d, XD screens. Also, each auditorium has comfy, spacious stadium seating. The premises is kept clean and orderly, which is a plus. And there are police on site, usually, so it makes customers and staff feel safer (especially on weekends, when its much busier). I almost always choose this theater for all of my movie-going experience. :)

Most poorly managed movie theater ever. Went for a show that was supposed to start at 10:45 AM only to be told it was not playing at that time. On their marquee it showed a 1:10 PM time for the same movie. Came back and they took down the showing and claimed there was never a showing at that time.

$5 standard movies M-Thurs. Concessions considerably cheaper than other theaters in the area. Can also purchase a year round cup and bucket for popcorn (I believe, 4.75 per refill but I may be off since we eat too much popcorn to justify the bucket) and drinks (3.75 per refill) including ICEE.

Great movie screens, always clean and a friendly environment. Prices for tickets are very reasonable compared to other options in the area, although concession stand process are extremely high its going to be 12.50 for a large popcorn and drink.

Prices for movies here are much cheaper than competing theaters in the area while still maintaining an upper-class feel. Seats are comfy and the XD viewings have lots of leg room. The Fathom Events that occur here are always nice.

Saw the Digimon movie with my bf! It was great! Loved it! Wish it could have been cheaper, tickets were $15 a piece, but I get that it was a rare one time showing, and with that thank you so much for hosting the Digimon movie! <3

The seating in very comfortable. You can move the middle arm rest to better cuddle up with your date ;) expensive yes, but thats just how movies are today I guess. Spent $22 (2 people) for tickets with 3D effects.

It was really loud during the movie. It was hard to focus with the amount of people talking and using there phones. I spoke to rhe manager who was extremely considerate and concerened. She offered a return pass.

If I could I would give this place 0 stars. The ticket agent was rude and did not let my teens in even though they were accompanied by an adult. Would not even let their aunt prove that she was over 21.

Me and my mother have seen like 3 movies at this place. The prices are lower than what I thought for them to be and the theater was nice and clean. The seats feel like you could fall into hell, though.

the only thing i have a problem with is when i put the arm of the chair up to sit closer to my husband the arm doesnt go far enough back , so therefore it hurts my back but other then that i love it

Great deal for the money. The movie tickets are very reasonably priced. And on Tuesdays you pay the matinee cost for any movie all day long! The theater is kept pretty clean and is very modern.

Mostly self-serve concessions are a lot faster than other theaters. Good choices. Decent prices comparatively. Good seats, great screen, and great sound!!! Clean in the main theater.

Decent prices but the theater isnt ther cleanest. The movie Im seeing has been number one for two weeks and they have it in this small theater. The sound isnt great either...

I enjoyed the movie but I hope that they have taken care of the problem of possible bedbugs. One of the ladies that came and sat in the lower section got really bad bites.
