Nice theatre, with great seating. It was clean and a reasonable temperature. I had never been there before today when I went to see Neighbors for the 1pm showing. There was one csr selling tickets, and she was friendly enough. I went to order popcorn and drinks, and encountered a young man behind the counter. I had not eaten today so I was looking for a medium popcorn and drink. Before I could finish saying what I wanted he cut me off top inform me that they did not offer a medium size. I debated with my company about our choices, and he seemed annoyed we were not ready and audibly sighed as we made or decision. If you cant engage a guest in making food decisions, maybe you should get out of the customer service industry. While the theatre was nice, the service was lacking, and left me wondering why I paid premium prices for sub par attitude. If I see another movie here Ill just go to Whole Foods around the corner and bring snacks with me.

very nice theater... glad i found it....yet if you have a gift card for fandango, they are not affiliated with fandango as is listed on the web, i tried to use mine and didnt work... no problem, ...and the only disappointment was that when you call the recording for this theater it lists where you can park and get your parking validated for $5.......i was in one it listed that did not work and the machine declined it when leaving the garage... so you may want to double check with the garage if that matters to you...it was only $4 more, not the end of the world ....but the theater was great i would definitely recommend it as a great place to see a movie......

I went there sunday july the 16th 2017 i bought tickets for war for the planet of the apes at 12:30pm to be precise, i went to get couple sodas and popcorn as i am paying a young gentleman of color working as the cashier burped almost in my face , wow, i didnt say nothing i went straight to my show, but how rude!, me and my girlfriend where in disbelief, but i must say i like a lot the bar area, they are very respectful and polite thats the best part of that movie theater, as a regular costumer of this Establishment, i think i didnt deserve to be burped in the face, unfortunately my girlfriend got ofended and doesnt want to go back to this place anymore

I love the theater, and thats the reason I chose this location to take my 3 little cousins to see "Beauty and the Beast" here last week. I was very surprised to learn that they do not sell any kids items on the snack menu. I had a 3 y.o. and twin 9 y.o. siblings with me and was forced to buy adult sized snacks for them. One of the twins spilled half of the soda in his lap during the movie, because the cup was so big, and there was popcorn all over the place when they were done trying to maneuver that big bag! I was so disappointed that they are showing childrens movies and not accommodating that audience.

*theatre is just about what you get at Hunt Valley or Cinemark, except for bar. Clean, nice seats, clean bathroom, OK refreshment selection. *parked in adjacent lot as not street parking.....had my pkg ticket "stamped" at the box office. This equates to nothing....parking for the time I was in the movies only....parking fee $14.00! On top of $15.00 ticket for an 11 am matinee show, plus a $4.50 bottle of water......it was a costly morning entertainment. *no Sr. discount. either. will not deal with the inner city traffic again.....stick to Towson theatres

Its pretty much your typical theater except you can buy liquor. Right when you walk in theres a bar which I think is awesome its great for a date. Buy a bottle of wine and take it into the theater with you. Ive seen about 3 movies at this theaters and, from my experiance the crowd was generally quiet which is nice. The seats are comfortable, the theater very clean. My only complaint is that they have the sound turned up way to loud. A lot louder then any other theater ive been to. Dispite that i would highly suggest this theater to anyone in the area.

Had to walk outside to rate theatre due to cell jammer cause they are worried about people filming the movies apparently. I don’t recommend showing up early if you are going solo as you have nothing to do but just sit there. This prevents any customers from checking into their theatre and giving positive reviews while waiting for it to start. Seems like they invested money in warding off customers rather than bringing them in. I’m very disappointed that when I returned from overseas excited to see a movie that I chose this theatre

Im an African American and I hope they never show a Tyler Perry movie. I live in the area and I enjoy just hanging out while waiting for my movie to start. The cinema is clean and calm (not a bunch of kids running around and no video games). The concessions have alot of variety and you can even have a coctail if you wish. However; I do wish that theyd show more quality movies and not so much commercial stuff (The Three Stooges - really?). Otherwise; its a great place to spend an evening

This is one of the nicer theaters Ive been to in the Baltimore area. The neighborhood is very upscale and the amenities here are fantastic. They have a small bar where you can get drinks and cocktails to take into the movie and a considerable selection of snacks beyond just popcorn, including all manner of appetizers like Mac and Cheese Bites and Edamame. The seats are big and cushy and the armrests fold back (very important for movie dates).

Ive been going to this movie theater for years, but I started to notice the bias in their movie selection. I went to college at the University of Kansas, a dominantly white school and they even played movies from differant races. Everyone likes a good movie so i dont know why this theater is so bias. Make me think if I should drive the extra 20min to Arundel Mills. Hope my post saves you your time and money!

For me, living downtown without a car, this theater is perfect when I wish to see first run movies. Its not large like a mega-plex at a mall, but then it doesnt need to be. It has popcorn, soda and movies. I find the prices comparable, if not slightly better than some of the suburb theaters Ive gone to. But it really just boils down to easy-peasy to get to, and thats why it gets 5 stars from me.

Really nice theater, but pretty expensive for the tickets. Comfortable faux leather seats, very clean, able to bring in drinks from the bar. If youre parking there, get a voucher from the box office -- I think it comes out to $5. Really nice to be able to go straight from the theater out to the bars if youd like. Downtown Baltimore needed a theater like this.

Kind of pricey at $12.50 per movie ticket. That said, its pretty clean and the lobby area is small-ish. Its one of the few theaters in Baltimore City and I usually prefer going to the Charles for more interesting movies and cheaper prices -- but this has more of the "mainstream" stuff, when my friends want me to come.
