My husband, sister-in-law and I took our niece and nephew here in August. We had such a fun time! We spent about 3 hours there doing every activity available. It was really great and they have a large variety of things to do! It became a great family memory. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. Our only complaint, was with the Lazer-tag. First, we went and reserved a spot for us to play. They said we had "20 mintues" and that they would call our name. So, we decided to go to the bouncy houses while we wait. We came back 20 minutes later and the guy who was running Lazertag rudely told us that he had called our names and that we were late. We made sure to be alert to any "calls" and we werent very far from the Lazertag arena anyway. We were frustrated, but went and re-reserved our spots. When we actually went through the lazertag we werent impressed. It seemed very unorganized and the arena was generally really small. But, with all of that aside, it was a great place to go and Im glad we went! Highly recommend all the other activities!

In the past year I have been to a ton of 4- 5- 6- year-old birthday parties and this was THE WORST venue I have yet experienced. It feels small and they pack way too many people into the small space. It is loud, dirty, and smells. The staff are ok, it really depends on who you get; the first girl was apathetic and gave me the wrong party package, the second girl corrected it. The food (pizza) is blah. Equivalent to the store-brand frozen pizza. Probably my worst complaint are the bathrooms. What kind of business packs in hundreds of people and only has a two stall bathroom with one sink?!? You will find yourself waiting in line twice - once for the toilet and one for the sink. There are other better venues for kids birthday parties. My favorite is the come-to-you exotic animal and zoology show by Wild Things. See my review for more info on them, they really are great. Now, having said all that... the kids did have fun running around wild and they liked the play areas. But I did not see a single adult who was happy to be there.

We hosted my sons twelfth birthday party at Classic. With a dedicated host, a themed room (additional cost), and unlimited time for the kids to run around and blow off energy, it was money well spent! The website spells out all the details and reserving online was really easy, with a confirmation email coming in minutes! I will say the DJ themed room was a little smaller than anticipated, but it did what we needed! The kids spend most of their time playing anyways! The pizza was good, and our host Kylie was great! She was friendly and energetic, and made sure our drinks stayed full! The only downside is that I didnt get to do as much with the birthday boy as Id have liked...adults arent allowed in some areas! Some tips-if you want a specific themed room, book well in advance, they go fast! Also, we were able to get our room for an extra hour for free just because it was available, so dont be afraid to ask! Gratuity isnt built into the price, the hosts work hard, dont forget a tip!

Beware of taking small kids here (under 12) the place is over run with disrespectful teenagers who try to run you off your bench and knock your little ones over on the skating rink. The staff means well but they really have no control over the place. These teenagers get dropped off by the car load and half of them dont even skate they just form groups all around the skating rink and disrespect adults. One group of 12 tried to over take the bench that me and my kids were sitting at, I asked them to please move to another bench and one of them starting smach to me and wanted to go at. The staff tried to talk to them but ended up failing. The ones on the rink have races and dont watch were they are going and end up knocking little ones to the ground crying. Ive been here several times, during the day and even in the summer its not that bad, but the last few times have been so bad I may never go back. CLASSIC your not a very family friendly place anymore

I love this place! I have had a couple birthdays there. I remember coming here when I was young for friends and my own birthdays. I loved getting to just go into every activity with out worrying about a time limit or a wristband. That was about 8 years ago now as an adult I love going there and having my party during their Saturday nights Flash back nights! It is great because there are no little kids after 10pm. I have also had my little sisters (she has had a party there almost every year from age 9-14) party there multiple times over the past years. Their hosts are awesome! They take care of all the little details like food, drinks, and silverware. The kids can go off on their own and have fun in which ever area they want to with the unlimited pass for $15 and they have a discounted pass for any adults in the party that just want to skate too!! All in all Classic has been apart of my familys activities since I was a kid and it still is to this day!!

We had 9 people go there last night around 8:20pm. I think it was less than an hour before they announced that all kids under the age18 had to leave (my younger kids ended up playing the arcades) and not long after that, that they said there was a private party, and everyone else had to leave as well... The employees were EXTREMELY rude to my family. And while I understand they may rent their facility out for private parties. It seems like they would let us know before we pay FULL PRICE for that many people, that we would only be allowed to skate for an hour or less. Im really angry, as this is the second time this has happened to me when bringing a large group. The first time I spent at least $85, & last night was almost $100 by the time we paid extra for rollerblades, & then the arcades. I will NEVER take my family there again, & will tell everyone I know about our experiences.

In need of serious cleaning, paint job, organization and better trained staff. Too narrow of a doorway leading from one section to another and this section is often times crowded by those getting skate rentals which should be accessed on the side with the rink. Considering the close proximity to the skeezier neighborhoods of Midvale, a bar, state street and freeway, this place could use some better lighting in the parking lot. The bounce house area is narrow and often times crowded making it way to easy to lose kids. There are far too many places in this area for a toddler to wander into to get seriously hurt and you have to cross a skating area to access it. Overall we love the place. The kids have fun which is all that really matters. Would just like it to be safer and cleaner.

Came on $3 Tuesdays and paid $10 for unlimited pass. This deal ia good but it should be daily.. This place isnt updated enough to be charging so much. Ive always loved coming here to have fun with friends, but there is a need for some change; everything is so overpriced, you pay $1 for 10 tokens but then every game cost at least 3 and youre lucky if you even get a ticket. Not to mention the food.. Small, low quality for high prices.. The most annoying part is the staff is all under 16, really, not one adult?! They all just stand around and socialize with each other. We ordered a pizza and fries, which after 50 minutes of waiting, we noticed it just sitting ready in the kitchen while the staff messed around. There was at least 10 people (kids) working.
