My kids had fun. We went with a group of friends. This place would be great if they improved on a few safety and customer service issues. To start... there isnt a separate area for the littles (3 and younger) so they are getting trampled, pushed, and nearly jumped on. There is only one teenager monitoring the entire facility. With there being around 10 separate jumping areas, the "monitor walks from one ending the facility to the other, alone. The ONLY rules posted are near the entrance in small letters that cannot be read from the jumping areas. There were no notices posted reminding kids to not climb to high on the rock wall, or to remind children to not jump on top of others. There were several parents including myself that stood and moderated areas to make sure kids were safe. When you come in, they give you a colored wrist band. We came in at 3:30, waited in line and were ready to jumo at about 3:50. When 4:30 came around, we were told that our hour was up. We were refused a receipt, but had checked our phones and after dispute. Our kids were able to continue their hour of jumping. I am willing to give this place another chance. My kids did have fun, I just recommend staying close to your kids at this place. I have an infant and 2 older kids so I couldnt stay too close to mine, but with my turned there, we passed the minis around and too turns monitoring the older ones.

When planning my daughters 15th birthday party, my husband suggested Elevate based on things he had heard. When we contacted Elevate about a sleepover/birthday party, they were immediately helpful and were until the very end of the party. We worked with Kristina, the manager, and she was amazing. She was helpful, answered all of our questions, accepted our many requests, and was just overall wonderful. When the day of the party arrived, Kristina was there making sure that everything was perfect. We were the first slepover/party at Elevate. As soon as we got there, they let us come in early to set up and offered to carry things in for us. Throughout the party, they checked on us to make sure everything was okay and that we had what we needed. At the end, they even helped us clean up. I really could not have asked for a better experience. Im so glad we had the sleepover/party here and definitely will again! They made my daughters party a memorable (in a good way) experience. Great service from start to finish. The party room was great. The attendants, Jack & Serenity took care of everything so we could relax and enjoy our time. The price was great too for all we got. We had a blast! Thanks again :-)

Took my grandson at night during the teen time from 8:00 - 9:00 PM. The building was lighted and with plenty of staff to supervise the teen patrons. When I returned 45 minutes later, the lights were turned down and there were dark spaces inside the building. The staff was present, but not as visible as before. I took a seat on one of the benches as I waited on my grandson. A group of teens started horsing around the foam pit and knocked one of the staff into the pit as he was trying to stop the groups rough housing. As I looked around, I noticed two teens in a dark area of the building all wrapped up like a pretzel (inappropriate behavior). I asked the staff to look into it (with no action taken). There was "bump and grind" music playing over the house speakers. As I listened to the lyrics, I was offended. All of this took place over a 15 minute period. I collected my grandson and asked the staff on the way out if they thought is type of music was appropriate. Their response was "This is what the kids want to listen too." I would not recommend this place as a family friendly place at all.

This is a new trampoline park in Goodyear. Located off Litchfield Road behind the car dealerships. The area is huge - a 22,000 SQ feet facility. It has jump and physical activities for children and teens, but adults may want to take their shoes off and jump in too. Jump areas are separated by ability (kid zone vs. bigger kids approximately 5+ years old). They have dodgeball courts, a jump trampoline with two basketball hoops, a surfboard and gladiator jousting area. Lots of foam pits (big foam cubes that cushion falls). There is a challenging ninja area and one called the wall bounce where you jump and then use the walls around you to bounce off. They offer birthday parties for groups of children ranging from 10- 30 kids. Party includes a private birthday room for pizza and soda, including neon green paper goods, (45 min) and a 90 minute jump for all the guests. Add-on options are available.

Absolutely gigantic! Toddler hours and special pricing for special needs kiddos. A good variety of activities... foam pits, basketball, rock wall etc. It promises to return your kids nice and tired! Snack bar sells hot and packaged foods along with a variety of beverages. Bottled water essential... and this mom forgot to bring some from home, so I was happy they sold it ice cold! Only complaint is no option to lock up stuff in a locker once inside. Plenty of storage and benches though. Employees very nice and helpful.

We have been here several times and we love it! It is fun for the entire family! There are several different activities to do such as basketball, dodgeball, jousting, etc.. There is plenty of seating around the trampolines and lots of fans to keep you cool while you jump. A great place to escape the summer heat! I definitely recommend bringing the family here. I would check their facebook and groupon for discounted prices and fill out the waiver online before going.

Here on a half day not busy. Out of socks, told to go barefoot...yuck. 1 staff member working the entire place...front desk, snack bar, and walking around. Big kids running like crazy, mowing over little ones. No one telling them not to run and it smells. Hoped it would be a better experience since it is closer. If you plan to come here, bring Sky Zone socks...its not fun when you have no grip, cant run up the ramps.....second thought, just go to sky zone.

The staff are a bunch of kids and its not managed very well. They are always running out of socks to wear too. The place is segregated to keep big kids out of the little kid area, but they dont the little kids from bouncing in the big kid area, and they take it over. They need an adult, to get this place in order.

The staff was unorganized and most of them where not helpful. The snack bar area ran out of ice in the machine and when we asked for more, we were advised we had to wait for it to fill. Not sure how they will handle high volume activity soon. Price is more expensive than skyline, with smaller area.

This place is awesome and toddler time odds a great affordable place to bring my little. The only thing I would like to see improved is the cleanliness. The trampolines always look dirty (visible dirt and pieces of foam) also cleaning out the pits and replacing some of the foam would be nice
