So i have taken my daughter and nephew here since opening of Jubeelieve. Now that my daughter has turned 6 years old (shocker!) she was denied access today because of her age. We were in a large moms playgroup and they actually expected her to sit out while watching all her friends and cousins play. And to make matters worse they offered to refund our money so that we could go to another venue like Playgrounds. We frequent Playgrounds and love it there but we chose Jubeelieve today because we have so many youngers. My daughter is gentle, caring and an exception could of been made as we were all family members. This was humiliating and terrible customer service and when I do have more children or plan events you can bet I WILL spend my money elsewhere as Jubeelieve has suggested at Playgrounds, Play Factory, Makutus Island, etc. Be sure I am relaying this experience to Moms groups in Litchfield Park, Goodyear and Avondale. Thsnk you for making my 6 year old cry. Very classy,

Absolutely LOVE this place!! Perfect for my 4yr old and 1yr old!! Great for hot summer days!! Only gave 4 stars do to the fact they DO NOT enforce their rules..:( these two ladies gave there kids cookies(on the carpet) of course the kids opened the bag and rained cookies everywhere..the front desk lady was nice and cleaned it up but not before my 1yr old booked it for them..also there was a bully girl (happened to be the same ladies kid) that kept knocking down my 1yr old, also another baby, and stealing my kids toys(the shopping cart and play food)..these ladies and there kids shouldve had been ask to leave..kinda not fair when everyone else has to follow these rules and not them..:( 1st time there and will try a second time but if rules arent enforced my hubby will leave a bad review, and we WILL NOT RETURN..disappointing cuz this place is pretty cool..

Took my 2 year old here to end the day after a long birthday and it was so perfect. She was so excited and it felt so safe for her. Im always worried at other places like Peter piper and chuckycheese because of the older kids and her getting trampled is a fear of mine. Also there isnt really many games at places like those for toddlers but jubeelive focuses specifically on toddlers and had plenty of activities for her to entertain herself. She had so much fun and we enjoyed watching her :) we will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family

This is an amazing place. My two year old loves it here and never wants to leave. The toys they have are great and always look clean. The reason for the 4 stars is because last time I was there I saw about 2 kids that are definitely older than 5 and according to their rules there should only be kids 5 and under. Another thing I noticed was some parents without socks and this suppose to be a place where you should always wear socks. Im sure this is such a lovely place because they have always enforce their rules, hopefully they dont stop now. Thank you jubeelieve!

Took my moms daycare kids: 1, 2, 4 and 5. There is something for everyone at any age!!! Theres a nice relaxing area for the adults and the kids can just have fun. An excellent break from the Phoenix heat but still allowing the kids to get out and play. Their hours are unclear (different for summer vs winter) but worth the trip. The problem is getting the kids to leave!

I would give 0 stars but thats not an option. The owner is horrible!!!! Refuses to give us our deposit back even though she never mentioned that it was non refundable when I booked a party had to cancel and gave her more then a weeks notice and she refuses to give me the deposit back. Will never take my child to a place that can care less about their customers.

My 18-month old loves this place. Weve gone twice and he always plays until I peel him away from the place! Not sure how often toys are sanitized but both times we have gone, my son gets a little but (cold, runny nosw) the next few days. He doesnt go to daycare so I figure it may be good for him to build his immune system. Just an FYI to other parents.

My boys have always loved it here, but one of them is almost 6 and he is starting to get bored bc it is more for babies. Makes sense, since the place is for 5 and under. Everything is nice and organized and clean. Everyone has always been friendly, the owner and people who go there.

When the weather is too searingly miserable to go outside, and your kid(s) is too young to play on bigger playgrounds, this place is a lifesaver. I wish it was open later, but when its open, there are enough toys and games and slides to keep the wee ones entertained for hours.

My daughter had such a great time. We stayed 3 hours and she couldve stayed longer. So much to play with and do. Worth the drive and the price. Bring your own snacks, they sell water and some snacks, but best to bring your own. No peanuts or peanut products allowed.

If you are looking for a place to let you kid blow off some steam, Then this is The place to go! It was I think 4$ for our son to play here. He had a great time! Seemed pretty clean. Just make sure you and your child have Socks on!

Really nice place to take kids 5 and under. The environment is clean, friendly, happy. Great for kids to play indoors especially living in Arizona. Very affordable! Told all my friends who have toddlers to bring their kids here.

The only indoor playland that Ill take my 3 year old to. Very clean, friendly staff, wide selection of age appropriate toys, and no older kids to run over the little ones. My son spends hours here.
