I am very disappointed that I have to write this review. I have had over 5 events at this place since they opened (professional and personal.) The staff was great each and every time and the events went fantastic. Because of the great experiences, we decided to schedule our family party at Hub 801 again this year. We tried calling them and leaving messages several times and never got a call back. I finally got ahold of them and let them know about our event. They mentioned that their prices increased (doubled) but we decided to use the venue anyway because they have always done great. My Dad went in and paid for the event. My Dad went in before our event this last week and talked to them about the floor plan and the tables we needed. We went in today for the party and half the tables were not up. We talked to the girl (unsure of her name) and she just argued saying that my Dad agreed to a floor plan. She had a really bad attitude. She should have just done whatever she could do get us the tables. We even offered to set them up! It may have been a miscommunication but she just argued and said her guy would be in soon to put more tables up. 20 minutes before the party the guy came in and set up the tables. We had to help him with tables and chairs because guests were starting to show up. It was a little bit of chaos. During this time, my aunt saw a little Christmas tree that she asked if we could bring into the room. She said absolutely not and if you do you will be in trouble! What?! How do you scold a grown woman and threaten her. My aunt is one of the sweetest humans I know! During the party we did not see any of the staff. They didnt check to see if we needed anything. Every single event we have done has had a staff member in attendance or they come in and check on us. The heat was blasting and we couldnt figure out how to adjust it. We need the lights on in a separate room and nobody around. We had overflowing garbage and it looked horrible. This is NOT the experience we have had in the past. It is a beautiful venue and I am truly sad that the lack of attention and professionalism happened today. Because of this, I will have to find a different location to hold work meeting and family events. On a side note, I referred a friend to have a wedding at Hub. She could not get ahold them after calling multiple times over several days. She left voice messages and never got a return call. She finally went in but she was worried to book because the lack of communication. It seems like a problem for more than one person.

Awesome Event location!! The level of customer service provided was above and beyond. We held our Annual Kickoff meeting and had company executives fly in to present at the meeting. Multiple times I had people comment what a great venue Hub801 was. I was so appreciative that from the start Gina worked to make sure every detail was taken care of. The large meeting room was perfect and easily accommodated over 100 people. The sound and AV were great and the staff helped us make sure the show went off without a hitch. They even made sure we were able to have a confidence monitor and wireless lapel mic. The lighting show was designed just for us and made the space feel even more warm and inviting. This is my church and for people who know me to hear me say i love going to church is shocking to say the least!!! This church is more about following the bible and creating a community than labeling themselves as any particular religion everyone is welcome. It dont matter if you show up sunday in a suit, shorts, levis, or your pajamas you fit in and feel welcome !!!

Awesome venue, we had our companies Christmas party here and Ive been to one other event. The building is amazing and the catered food was great. Bathrooms are very nice and clean as well.
