BEAUTIFUL HISTORICAL VENUE AND INCREDIBLE STAFF!! I cannot thank the crew here enough!! Everyone at The Falls helped make our wedding a complete dream! The staff is extremely patient, attentive & kind. They were beyond accommodating when it came to site visits and coordinating every single little detail from decor drop-off to technical audio/video setup. I always felt so welcome and like they sincerely cared about making our wedding as perfect as possible. Walter and Hailee are just about the nicest people you could hope to work with and we consider them lifelong friends. The venue itself is beautiful and so versatile! We were fortunate enough to book both buildings and were able to utilize both the industrial feel of the South Building AND the more elegant feel in the North. They offer SO MANY more amenities than many other venues & are well connected with multiple vendors in the area which made for easy/smooth planning. One of our best decisions in the whole wedding planning process! You will not regret booking here!!!

I toured this venue, with a fellow committee member, in January of 2016. Before leaving Trolley Square, we paid a deposit to secure the North building for New Years Eve, 2016. Many promises were made by a former employee, that were discovered to be untrue as the time approached for our event. As they were verified, every effort was made to rectify our situation. I am absolutely satisfied and pleased with the staff and venue for the help that we received before, during and after our event. My gratitude goes to Hailee, everyone who answered the phone when I called for questions, and the staff on duty the day of our event. I am, especially, grateful to Blake who had other responsibilities on the day, but who was with us every possible moment with a positive attitude and willingness to help with last minute details. Thank you, Blake, you were my guardian angel! I highly recommend The Falls Event Center for your special event!

I got married on October 2016. As a bride, you always worry about every detail, you try to find the best deals that won’t give you a headache on the wedding day. I visited different venues, The Falls was the last one I went to, I was greeted by Walter who created a package for me. Walter made sure that my dream day was exactly how I wanted it. I wanted to have an outdoor ceremony by the fireplace and he did everything he could to make that happen. I then met with event coordinator, Hailee Hansen, she made sure everything was in order before the big day. Hailee was fabulous, she was kind, helpful and organized to get things started. My wedding went exactly how I expected it to be. I couldn’t have done it without Hailee, Walter and staff from The Falls Event Center, I didn’t have to worry much about anything. My wedding planner was glad to work along with the venue and the staff.

The Falls offered an unexpected location for a two-day business meeting. The room called the, "Game Room" provided a casual environment with a sink and counter for serving food throughout the day. The room includes both a conference table (seating 10) and a couch and chairs arrangement at the other end of the room. We overfilled the room a bit and required additional chairs. A group of 12-15 would find the room comfortable and inviting. An evening event among friends or work associates would be well suited to this space, as well. The Falls is conveniently located in the Trolley Square block in Salt Lake City and parking is available. The staff were pleasant and helpful and will to work with us when the event took on more participants than originally anticipated. I recommend this space for small groups.

The brand new venue, the Falls at Trolley Square, is beautiful and hip. They have two building options - one more urban and industrial, and one more contemporary and elegant. We were able to host a party of about 250 people there with comfortable space for all, and enough bathrooms that all the women were happy. More ample than the bathrooms were the parking spaces in and around the Trolley Square Campus. I think this venue will be around for a long time because it is a part of The Falls brand. The Falls brand really cares about excellence at each one of their venues and works with each one to protect their event centers fine reputation. They also stay very involved with the Trolley Square location to make sure theyre successful as they launch the new location at Trolley Square.

OMG - Hailee and her staff were just amazing in helping to make our dream bat mitzvah party a reality. The staff answered all of our questions, let us in multiple times with vendors to measure and make decisions, helped with the layout, referred us to vendors (e.g., Specialty Linens), set up tables and linens the day before, and worked our party from 8 am to 1 or 2 am the day of the event.They were also accommodating with many special requests like moving furniture. I cant thank Hailee and the event center staff enough for their professionalism in helping see through this very big party (180 guests). And the space is simply beautiful. Hailee and the Falls are top notch! I recommend the Falls without reservation.

I went into this place thinking it would be ordinary and basic to the everyday person until I walked through and was greeted with a firm handshake and a smile from your manager, Walter Simmons. He was great to answer my questions about events and timetables for me. Not once did he have to search the answer from another staff member, which gave me a boost of confidence in this place. Everything was answered and I was assured my needs would be met to my satisfaction. I was given a walk through of the center and I was not expecting the detail they put into giving the experience you are looking for. I have stopped looking for a venue and will be sure to put this place on the map.

We hosted our annual Big Brothers Big Sisters of Utah Spring Fling celebrating our exemplary Littles and Bigs achievements, April 26, at The Falls Event Center for a second year. I continue to be thoroughly impressed by the courteous and organized staff. Brandon and Hailee are amazing--they gave great suggestions to ensure that our awards and graduation program ran smoothly. The young gents that helped with the AV that night were also great! The space comfortably held our more than 100 attendees for the formal portion of our program, and we had plenty of space for our refreshments, food, and socializing. The Falls Event Center helped make our night a success!

The Falls Event Center in Trolley Square is amazing! We had my Moms 60th Birthday Party/Retirement party here. The manager Walter was fantastic to work with. He answered all our questions, and was very responsive throughout the entire planning process. He helped us with everything we needed. On the day of the party there was plenty of staff available helping us with anything we needed music, video, etc.. Everything was so nice and clean, and the décor is fabulous. Next time I have a big event to plan I will definitely plan it here. We had a great experience planning the party, and the guests had a great time at the party!

I had my reception in the north space which is a bit larger. We were able to have a sit down dinner for 240 people and have a dance floor! The space is absolutely incredible! We only decorated the tables since the space was so pretty without additional decor. We didnt hire a DJ and just created a playlist to play through the room, which was perfect! Hailee was hands down, the best even coordinator, she allowed additional visits, test times for the sound and didnt seem annoyed once with all my questions and table design changes. This venue is reasonably priced, easy to find and worth every dollar!
