This RV park was a better place to stay a few year ago. I particularly liked all the trees. On the east side there was plenty of shade. Unfortunately they cut 9/10 of them down. The staff is friendly but the service has steadily declined. I was awoken this morning just after 8 by a loud leaf blower just outside my window that they now use to sweep trash as they no longer have trash cans to dispose of your garbage. If you plan to stay a single night beware you may have to carry your garbage with you as customers are no longer allowed to use the trash bin and can only leave trash bags out for pick up on odd days and from 5 to 9 am. They offer a few free cable channels but the satellite seems to be aimed poorly as the picture freezes up frequently The rates have increased and they now charge for electricity.

Ive had the worst visit of my life here... The female manager is a complete racist and told a massive lie about me to the police saying that I approached her child. I know for a fact that this was an attempt to have me arrested and kicked out of the RV park. I called her out on it in public. Anyone that would use their child to further their own personal agenda is the scum of the earth and needs to be put in a cage. Whats worse is I myself am a father. If my parenting suffers because of a massive lying B. I will expend all resources to bring this place crushing to its knees. I make a lot of money and have the power to do that. Anyway.... I wouldnt stay here. the political undertone and trailer park drama is embarasing.

Good water pressure, electric. Sites are small but adequate, staff is pleasant. Cable at our site anyway,was very snowy, they did attempt a fix but it did very little. Have been on the road and stayed about 10 different places. This is by far the worst internet yet. Slow and constantly being dropped, yet the sign in the office says how you can stream and probably play games? Internet is must these days for planning your days out. Will be here a week, the park is completely full mostly with permanent types.

Not a bad place at all . It is a little cheaper than most places in the area but still high for an rv park . The staff is friendly and do try to keep up the place well . The lots are small. There is alot of work in the area right now so the place stays packed . The showers and bathrooms stay clean . The pool is small but well kept . There is a store at the office that have many items you may have to have for an rv. Plus snacks and stuff. Overall not a bad place!

I have been there 3 months and I am pretty happy there. The staff is mostly friendly and things like laundry and propane refills are convenient. The owner seems a little suspicious but I never have to deal with him. I give it 5 stars because I used to rent and I cannot believe how much better it is to live in an RV. The only complaint I have is it seems a little more expensive than it has to be.

Crowded, spaces right on top of each other, cars eveeywhere, unfriendly staff, virtually the poorest cable tv of any rv parks weve been to. Mostly filled by permanents, so no recreational ambiance and often no overnight spaces available due to majority of park filled by permanents. Only stay because have business in the area, or are enroute to somewhere else.

Very nice facility for a short term stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool, hot tub and showers were all clean and well kept. Our children had a ball riding around on their bikes and we felt safe. There are long term and short term residents and everyone seemed polite and respectful. The price was good and I certainly would return.

This is more of a trailer park than an RV park. They do have nice clean spaces for rvs but I estimate half or more or spaces are trailers than are semi-permanent. Wifi is pathetically slow, they have it open with no password which means any nearby person can hop on and slow it down for everyone else.

Camping world sent me here to dump. $12 is a fair price. Nice supply store. I stopped her a few times. Friendly staff with reasonable rv knowledge.

Everyone is friendly. Theyre making changes and its making the RV park looking very nice. Easy access to the stores in Morgan Hill.
