Horrible experience. Spoke to a woman in early May asking whether they did group tour arrangements and provide buses about 150-200 people. The answer was enthusiastic "yes." Sent my dates, itinerary and estimated attended at each of the five activities/destinations. Did not receive acknowledgement that she received my information. After a month of no contact from her, e-mailed her four times and called Beeline two times (she was "on another line"). Very frustrating two months. Finally got hold her in early July and she say, sorry, we can only provide buses. We do not arrange tours. Really? Two months later? Couldnt she have told me in the first place. And, not a single response to 4 e-mails and two phone messages? This put me in a extremely difficult spot. How can any company in tour industry be so rude, I really do not understand. Guess Seattle has enough tourists that they can sucker.

Would never deal with this company. The conversation was done since March to ask for a quotation . The contract has been signed and cc was given two weeks before the intended date of travel. Sadly, they back out a week before the intended date after realizing that the quotation they sent me was a mistake. I sent them proof of what has been quoted for argument .But they realized mistakes was done when I sent them the proof of quote thru email . Never did apologize nor did explain or do any alternate to mend the mistake. The response to my emails was transferred to a different person to deal with the mistake and bluntly ignored and angrily emailed that it was nothing they can do because no mini bus is available. Never did they admit the wrong on their part. Meghan and Gloria , anyone can make mistakes but explain, admit and apologize.That was poor service on your part!.

We used Beeline Tours for my wedding and the process couldnt have been any better. I received a quick response from Michael when I e-mailed a quote request. He broke down the pricing down so I knew what I was paying for. In my many e-mails to Michael he always made feel important as a customer, never hesitating to answer my questions or concerns. I booked a 56 passenger coach and the bus was very clean and well maintained. Our driver was on time and dressed very clean and sharp. He greeted my guests outside the bus with a smile and friendly personality. Getting guests to your wedding on time is an important job and Beeline handled it so well it was effortless. It is clear they run an organized company with great staff and drivers.

We booked Beeline through a bid process since we do not do a lot of business in the Seattle area. The entire booking process from receiving the bid, through the booking, and the many changes I made was extremely easy. Meghan was amazing to work with. The coaches were top of the line and our drivers, Derrick and Tobias, were very professional and accommodating. I wish I had drivers like that in every city! They were always early and made sure we arrived on time. We definitely recommend Beeline and will use them again when we travel to Seattle.

Lighthouse Society

We recently used Beeline Charters for a lighthouse tour of Puget Sound and the Olympic Peninsula. We had 42 participants in the tour and they all had rave reviews about the driver, Derick. He as courteous, personable, and most importantly, able to maneuver the coach in all kinds of difficult situations from narrow lighthouse access points to Seattle traffic. We will definitely consider Beeline for our next tour in the vicinity.

We had a wonderful experience, everyone was very easy to work with, the driver (Dave) was prompt, friendly and a pleasure. Great communication from Meghan at Beeline tours who helped coordinate this for us. We easily found the shuttle at the airport and the ride home was a piece of cake. Just what we needed after a long trip! I would highly recommend this company for your transportation needs.

South Sound Nighthawks

This was our 2nd time using Beeline Tours and we wont go anywhere else. The customer service, the charter bus, and the entire experience is top notch. Meghan is amazing to work with setting everything up and Jeffery was an awesome bu driver. A+ experience and we cant wait until we get to use them again for our next game. Used Beeline for 4 different tours and transportation. Very good experience, minor problem or two, but great experience. The tour of downtown Seattle was wonderful. The tour to Mt. Rainier was beset with problems and rain. Once we got to the Mountain, it was a fun time. The drivers were friendly and professional. I would use them again.

Got punched in the throat by one of their drivers. He got out of the bus at a stop light came up and started yelling at me through my window. I tried to get him away from my car and he reached through my open window and punched me in the throat.

You should consider getting what they call autosocks for your drivers to use to go over the pass its a approved traction device which takes seconds to put on and take off.
