I found this place because my daughter plays golf for Spring Branch Middle School. The first few weeks I would just sit and read. One day, I needed to restore my personal comfort after chugging down a Cherry Limeade from Sonic. That is when I discovered the club house, pool, bar, etc. This place is a hidden gem. I am not a golfer so I cant say much about the course other than it is well groomed and has beautiful, old oak tress all over. The club house has a nice pool, gorgeous deck and there is a restaurant that makes incredible pizza if you can believe that. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the area. The only thing that is a bit of an eyesore is the journey to get here. You are going to drive through what almost appears to be a mobile home park when you make a right on Rebecca Creek Rd. Once you get past that, it is really beautiful. I would totally hang out in the club house or at the pool if I was not golfing but with people that were. All they need next is a spa. Just kidding, but it would be nice. All in all, this place is worth the drive and has really good energy. Very nice staff. I am also going to post this on Yelp because these guys are working hard to improve reputation and I am very impressed with all the work they have done!

Im glad the course is reopening. They are currently playing the front nine holes, but using the old number 10 as number 1 with the rest of the front nine, if that makes sense. The old number 1 hole is playing to a temporary green (the original green was lost to the drought during the closure). The greens on the holes that are open are better than I ever remember them on this course, as is the practice green, though they all seemed to be on the slow side. The driving range is open. They have all new carts and are remodeling the clubhouse, with the bathrooms still to go. Theyve done a great job redoing the pool, pool deck and furniture. I didnt sample the grill, but the number of kids present seemed to indicate the Central Texas Junior Golf Association summer camps are getting some interest. They are planning to open the remaining holes in October, as they get the fairways filled and and 2(?) greens replanted, though that may all vary depending on rainfall. Ill likely play again this week.

I came here for the pool because the cabin we rented did not haveone. The pool was so refreshing on a 100 degree Texas summer day but why Im leaving a review is because of the food. They have a small building with a sliding glass window that opens up and a very nice young lady takes your order and one single Hispanic gentleman cooks the food. I ordered wings, chicken strips, a cheeseburger, and a cheesesteak sandwich. The burger had the best jalepeno sweet roll I had ever tasted in my life and the Philly cheesesteak was better than anything I had for as long as I could remember. The meal was so good that we came back the next night too. Attention management. You need to give that dude a raise who is cooking your food. That guy knows how to make a meal on the fly. He put the perfect amount of veggies and beef on my philly and burger was cooked to perfection two days in a row. Made my weekend. Thank You!

Course is doing well.greens are in great condition played it 3/13/2016 staff are so friendly and food is outstanding.would have gave it 5 stars but still has a green that is coming along but in bad shape.and fairways are still a little bit hard but doing well I love playing this course.well wourth the drive.Bob spiller.

I love all the improvements they have made. Great course in the middle of nowhere which is close to home for me. The hamburger was wonderful and the staff very hospitable!!! Look forward to returning soon. Great job on everything!

Love the refurbished pool & cabana areas! The clubhouse looks great and the concessions are nice too! The rates are a nice change compared to other "clubs" and the staff have always been so accommodating.
