PLEASE BELIEVE EVERY NEGETIVE REVIEW OF THIS PLACE!! it was my families first and last time coming to this place. The food was so expensive, but the quality was so cheap. My brother picked up a nacho, turned it upside down and the cheese was frozen in place. While the chip. Was Upside. Down. Ive seen better nachos in a Lunchable!! The pizza looked like a totinos pizza from Wal-Mart. Could have paid a buck for it. The balls didnt come back during the last 15 minutes of our game, and even through they "gave" us an extra 15 minutes, the balls still didnt come back. On our way out, my brothers wanted to play a game with the tokens you have to use in order to play. It only took 3 coins, and we had somewhere else to go. Money wasted. Youre better off going to Dave and Busters, or The Main Event in Plano. Their prices are far better and reasonable. The Shenanigans in Rockwall would have better, we may have had to wait an hour before getting a lane, but it would have been far better pf an experience than that of Bowl a rama. They better hope and pray another Bowling alley never opens in Heath, Rockwall, or Rowlett, theyd go under so quick their heads will spin. The only person we really enjoied was our server, she was so sweet and kind, and Jhonnie at the counter was awesome, you can tell the employees who love their jobs from the ones who dont. Dont waste your money here. Avoid at all costs. Seriously, just no. Turn around dont drown.

Horrible customer service.. the bathrooms were dirty.. the tables by the lanes were not cleaned after the previous guests..to top it off the floors was wet, i slipped and fell while i was about to bowl. I was in hell of pain and was trying to leave but the "shift lead" stated it was the company policy to take the incident report, i asked for ice pack for my ankle and another employee went to get it.. So, i waited only for him to return with the paperwork containing another customers personal information 20 minutes later! I told him that the form was already been filled out and asked for another blank form, he rolled his eyes and walked away, the other employee who went to go and get the ice pack, finally showed up with 20 minutes later..to get ice pack for my ankle.. the shift lead came back 15 minutes later with the form, which i completed gave it to him and asked for copy but he said that the management does not allow the form to be copied or to be given to the customers.. he said that the manager will call you back tomorrow. I left there and went straight to the ER, my ankle was broken. I called them the next day and asked for the manager but the girl who answer the phone, "said that he is busy and will call me back, left my name and phone number.. This was on 7/3/2015, i still havent heard back from anyone there..

This bowling alley really could use some new management. We waited for over two hours for a lane on Friday night and continually watched both the male and female, I would call them gentleman and lady but they dont deserve those titles, put not only there friends on lanes as they where walking in but also moving anyone who was complaining up the list. We also had several issues with the pin setter not setting pins and tipping them over before a ball ever even enters the lane. The kids in the lane next to us where running up and down the lane and that makes it very difficult to bowl and they also will allow you to bowl in regular shoes and for those who dont bowl this will mess up your good bowling shoes with the dirt and grime that gets stuck. Overall I would never go bowling there again. If I could have spoken with a manager that cared and they would have resolved some of these issues the review would have been much better. The MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE!! So if you are looking for a place that no one cares then this is the bowling establishment for you!!

My grandson had his birthday party at Bowl - A - Rama today and it was just pathetic. Fortunately he is only five and he had a fun time anyway. His parents were required to check in 20 minutes to help set up. Bowl – A – Rama was so disorganized that the first child didn’t even throw the first ball until 25 minutes after the birthday party was to start. The “party helper” was rude and finally just left the children and parents to take care of everything themselves after only a few minutes. The bowling was to last for 1 hour but they closed the lanes after only 40 minutes. In the party room, no one from Bowl – A – Rama was there to help serve. We even had to go and find someone to refill the drink pitchers. AND... They paid per child but had to pay $3.50 extra for each new pitcher when what was supplied did not even fill up the cups for the children that were present. Also, beware when booking online some of the “amenities” are only available on the weekend and not the week days.

I had my birthday party there yesterday. I will be shocked if most of my guests ever return again. While the food court staff was EXCELLENT and the burgers were AMAZING, the front desk staff was lazy and extremely inept. They were way too busy flirting with boys who were bowling or sitting in the office refusing to make eye contact with customers. I didnt get to enjoy the first hour of my party because I was so busy asking them multiple times to turn on my lane, fix the lanes (the balls habitually got stuck and the call button did not work), and telling them to refund my clients for lanes I was paying for in my party package. It was RIDICULOUS! So many of my guests were complaining about the employees and I was trying to make the employees get off their butts and fix their mistakes. I will NEVER go back. What a waste of $200.

Saturday morning the 25th I call to see about renting a lane. We were told to come on in. When we arrive from Rockwall at 9:30 we were told they had several groups listed to play. They had a few lanes not working. I believe it was Mike that told us to come back in an hour and we could fit right in. We drove around did and errand then decided to call. They told us they were booked up and late starts, nothing available. We told them we were in earlier and were promised a time to play. No one cared, that was it. Wont go back and dont think this is how you should treat a customer. It was our first and last visit. So we wasted our whole morning.

Only ordered a pretzel, took over 20minutes to get it. Then was still frozen in middle. Prices to bowl are too high for the quality of the lanes. This place hasn't even been open that and since they are the only bowling alley in the immediate area. I would have thought the quality of the place would have been better. The lane controllers sucked couldn't even type in the names on the lane. Buy some quality equipment. Im an avid bowler and was considering joining a league but wont do it there. Video games need better security cause someone has been just tearing that place up. Dave and buster's we need you in Rowlett.
