TERRIBLE SERVICE When I heard Splitsville was in town I was excited to try it out. However that excitment fizzled quickly. While the concept is great- a fun upbeat enviroment with a cool contemporary vibe- the staff is bla, and the service terrible. Having myself been a server for 5 years, I am generally understanding and willing to give the benefit of the doubt. But this was rediculous. As we were brought to the table nobody offered me a high chair for one year old son. As I stood there with him in my arms and waited for our server to finish asking what we wanted to drink I had to ask her for a highchair. She seemed annoyed which surprised me. After returning with our drinks and STILL no high chair I had to ask her to bring it again. It took FOREVER for her to come back with it, and mind you it was a very slow Thursday night. I let it go, but then our food came out (at seperate times so all 4 in the party got our meals at different times might I mention) there was no silverware and our server- in consecutive fashion with the rest of the night- was no where to be found. We had to ask a completely different person to get us silverware. We had no drink refills until she finally made her way back and when WE asked she literally took a good 15 minutes to come back with ONE soda. Our plates piled up on the table until after the check arrived. At this point I was annoyed but willing to look past it. We then asked for the check and payed with a credit card and when she brought the credit card slip back she didnt leave a pen to sign with and disapeared yet again. I was really tempted to just leave it blank but didnt. When the check was signed she apparently really wanted to put in her tip and close our table out and kept coming around, which I found quaincidental since we couldnt find her to save our lives for any other part of the night. She finally reached across the table right in front of me and just took it. She didnt say a word- not a "Thank you" "Have a good night"- NOTHING. I was really angry that I wasted $100 of my hard earned money on a place like this. I found it very dissapointing and am sorry to say I would not return or recommend it to anyone.

Ashley and Alexa were great, they were very attentive as soon as we walked through the door. They let us know everything we needed to know when it came to being seated at our lane. They even escorted us carrying our shoes and helped put our names in the computer. Their bumpers are automated per person which made everything that much better. Our waitress, Kendall, came as soon as we got situated and was very respectful and funny. She was making sure my children felt a part of the crowd. Our food was fantastic for a bowling alley, I highly recommend their sushi and rice bowls. It was a great experience, I wouldnt want to go to any other bowling alley.

Went on a Sunday. Payed for two games. They would not let me pay for a third because there was a waiting list. I waited over an hour for my lane. Then when I went to leave 5 mins after they denied me a 3rd game there were 6 lanes not being used. Customer service by waiters was great. My God daughters were so disappointed by not having a third game. Never been to a bowling alley I couldnt pay for another game especially with 6 lanes empty. Wont go there and spend my hard earned $150 ever again.

They did not tell me if i did not purchase a second game i would be shouved out before we finish our pizza. Tried to buy another game was told not available. They should have told me from the start if i didnt purchase two games i was gonna be put outt. Worst experience ever kids spent time playing video games need new management spent $80 in under one hour whould have spent more but they kicked us out terrible

Idiots could not count to three. Seriously. I order three milk shakes for three people. Moron bartender brings out two milkshakes and a bill for three. I ask for our third milkshake and it takes 25 minutes for them to get it out to me. All of which made us late for our movie. The manager on duty was obviously not capable of running a business. He was horribly in over his head.

Upscale bowling alley with full food and bar menu. You definitely pay for those upgrades but theyre worth it. You have a waitress at your lane, so if you need anything theyre happy to get it for you. They keep the weekend wait time down by stopping you at two games and you put your name back on the list. But this weekend they let us play another two right which was great

The other night I came with my family for a few games of bowling. We were served by a lovely youd lady (I believe her name was Mataya) and was genuinely surprised at the quality of service. I felt like I was getting a high end restaurant service as she was quick, very professional, attentive, and friendly. Will definitely be returning

Customer service is terrible. Theyll molest you 5 to 6 timed during 30mins constantly asking if you need something. Especially in such a fake friendly way. Front desk was super unfriendly as well. Their food might make you throw up the next day. Bowling might be fun but the pool tables have seen better days.

Went on a Monday night. We were the only people there. Bowling is over priced. Atmosphere is real cool. Nice how you can eat right by the lane. Lane starts are short. Overall ok. Didnt reak of smoke like traditional bowling alley. Would return but on a night when there is a discount on bowling.

This is a nice bowling alley. It is located in the same building as the movie theater. So if youre waiting on a movie, you could play a quick game or skip the movie and play a full round with friends. It is a little pricey but you have a bar and pool tables all in the same vicinity.

Family enjoyed the bowling. The food was okay but the services was awful. Waiter brought our food and then forgot about us. When he finally came around, it was to give us the check. The check needed to be corrected because they were overcharging us.

Ive been here twice. Both times, my experience was the same: drinks are overpriced, service is mediocre, and worst of all the food takes forever and is lousy. Ordered a burger. It took 45 minutes and when it arrived it was a hockey puck.

Go ahead and buy 2 games...it will give you time to munch on apps. The drinks were great! However, even though the menu looks impressive, we werent all that impressed with the actual food. Tons of fun though!! Will be back!!!

Of course movies and popcorn dont cost a nickel anymore so I wont dock stars for prices. That said, this theater tries to make it worth your money with a nicely decorated interior, bowling and food and a 21+ seating option.

Good place to have fun, just avoid lane 9. If someone is on 10, they get the complete table behind the computers and behind the lanes. The table for lane 9 is behind a wall and you cant sit behind the computer for lane 9.
