Good place to walk or jogg.It covers a huge creek from Richardson to part of Plano.Good roads for biking.Frequent resting points with table and built in chairs.The creek has a nice view from a connecting mini bridge.Few days ago i saw a beaver! Lots of rabbits and squirrel playing all the time.Good place to bring your family only during the day time.Evening time it can be some what darker because of lots of trees that will hide the sun light.Overall its a good place to walk,run or explore with your bicycle.I wish they had more rest rooms than only one at the starting point from the side of plano road.

This is a natural area with man-made attractions such as concrete paths, retaining walls, and bridges. In spite of the fact that there is fencing just 15 feet from the path and that tractors are flattening many of the treed areas (with no protestors in sight), this natural area provides a nice illusion of being in the wild due its trees and relative seclusion from the concrete jungle nearby. This is a good area to take a walk or ride a bike to avoid the city for a while. Enjoy it while it lasts.

Great park to walk through. Very wooded, very shaded, and a nice creek running through. The city keeps expanding the trails - they are about to add about a mile on the west side, giving 2 separate US-75 underpasses. I go through this park at night about 3 times a week (out and back) and have only ever seen people in there once, kids that ran off laughing. Its kinda creepy at night, though. I wouldnt do it if I wasnt a 230lb guy.

I run through this park all of the time as it is near my house - at all hours. The trails are nice and well kept. Ive read reviews saying its scary at night - it isnt lit, but I have never ran into any unsavory types - except kids being kids - but I would doubt that they are dangerous. Watch out for bikers if youre jogging or walking, as sometimes theyll go pretty fast, but everyones typically pretty courteous and mindful.

Paved trails that go for miles through interesting trees and flowers. A creek runs through the park, so big cranes and other birds can be found here. You can hear cars go by in a lot of spots, which is a little immersion breaking.

There are several very old hidden cemeteries in this park. My friends and I discovered them back in high school / late nineties. The city has spent a bunch of money on this place since then. Looks nice.

I really enjoy riding this trail on my daily bike commute. Is there any update on when the trail section from Alma at Bush Tollway to Renner will reopen? This has been closed for about a month.

Really enjoyed walking the paved track. We found a way down to the creek and it has some pretty nice views and a low creek for the kids to explore and play in.
