Ive done at least a handful of these escape room games and this one is definitely one of my favorites by far! I went with my coworkers for a team building event and majority of us played at least one before. I was personally quite excited for this since this beats the typical bowling team building event we had in the past. :) They have 2 rooms, the Hidden Heirloom and the Office Escape. We ended up deciding on the Office Escape room and we had so much fun working together as a team. Even though we didnt escape, we had a blast and we were so close to escaping! We literally needed only 1 more minute! I cant of course go into detail of how to escape but we loved how it isnt a linear type game/puzzle. There are multiple starting points and we loved how not everyone was forced onto one puzzle each time. To sum it up, the whole experience was awesome!! The set up they have is amazing. The puzzles and clues leading to things gets you thinking and I love that! I loved the experience and will go again and try out their other room. If you havent been... Go!! Youll have a great time!!

Ive done quite a few escape games outside of Dallas and this one was by far my favorite. I went with a group of 6 where half of us experienced an escape room before and the other half did not. Being that half of us never played an escape game before, the game host did a great job of explaining the concept so that those who never played one before, would at least have a general idea of what to do. We ended up playing the Office Escape and we really had a great time. We loved how they decorated the room and it looks like they put a lot of thought into it when they designed the room. As for the puzzles, they were tricky and we enjoyed that since its no fun if its easy. In the end, we did not escape but the game host was nice enough where he extended the time so we could finish. Thank you! Since no other escape room has ever let us stay after the hour ended. The 3 who never played an escape room game before said they had lots of fun enjoyed it bery much. As for me, I cant wait to go back and try the Hidden Heirloom room!

Go elsewhere. Ive been to many escape rooms before, and normally have such a fun experience. This place is, by contrast, an unprofessional and boring escape room. Ive never had a worse experience. Firstly, we were unable to find the place because theres no sign on the building, which is shady to begin with. We were greeted by a man in jeans and a T-shirt, given no instructions, and told "good luck." The room itself is extremely ambiguous and there are no actual puzzles to solve - only time consuming work. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Waste of time and EXTREME waste of money.

This was awesome!! We had so much fun! Im super proud to say my group won the game with literally 10 seconds to spare. We played the Office Escape and I loved how the theme was original. As for the game itself, we missed a couple of clues which made us frustrated but hey, thats part of the game right? Overall I would say it was challenging but it was still exciting and great!! This is definitely something you should do. Cant wait to try the Hidden Heirloom when they open it next week! :) Oh yea... Were now Room Escape Wizards!!

Just went today with my friends. First time, not sure what to expect, but the guy there was really helpful and funny. Sometimes he even interacted with us while in the room (in addition to the hints--which were pretty helpful). We made it through the office setting with 7:30 ish minutes to spare. Lots of fun!! Would love to go again.

Our family had an incredible time playing the Hidden Heirlom game. It was definitely fun and will recommend Room Escape Wizards to our friends! Our group of seven came within minutes of solving the final puzzle. We look forward in trying their next room next time!

Nice staff but there was not much thought put into the room compared to the other ones weve done. Sorry hate to leave a bad review because the staff was very nice but the room itself was not fun or interesting.

Lots of fun. They do a good job keeping things challenging but not frustrating. Staff is friendly and we had lots of fun chatting with him afterward. Would definitely recommend.
