Appearances are deceiving! The first time I went to see the hall I was ecstatic and highly impressed with all that she told me. However, once a contract was signed everything changed. At first she said we could have an outside caterer. Then she cornered me one day when I was alone and asked if I was going to use her caterer. The contract specifically said she did not offer catering services and tried referring us to a caterer she knew. His price per plate was from 8.50 to 10.50. I booked a caterer that offered the best brisket and amenities for 6.50 a plate. Like I was going to go with that other caterer. besides she never said that was her caterer. I told her no and then she said, "Oh, well I dont accept outside caterers since they dirty my linens." So I said it was in the contract and she said she changed it. I told her she couldnt do that so she started to yell. Then, she took out a copy of the contract and I showed her where it said i could since her ballroom didnt offer catering services. Every time I saw her she somehow changed the contract on her own initiative. She threatened to void the contract and I told her if she did I could sue her since you cant void a contract after it has been in standing for more than three months. She got mad and started cutting me down. I noticed she was very confrontational with my mother and family members. I even felt sorry for her DJ. He was a little late and she started yelling at him in front of us. I thought that was very unprofessional. Then, during the wedding I found out she wasnt providing any paper plates, or utensils for the cake when she said she would. Overall, the best part was her staff. I just got lucky she wasnt there for my wedding. Her staff was embarrassed by what she did. Very unprofessional and at times she acted infantile yelling and trying to intimidate me and others when she talked. I was afraid she was going to try something and I didnt really feel comfortable the day I walked in. But, like I said, I was lucky since she wasnt there. So, beware!!!!! Pretty place but not worth the stress...and the projector was too expensive, she told my husband it would be $250!!!!!!! Too expensive and not worth it....STAY AWAY!

The owner is extremely rude!! She said she didnt have the color we wanted because SHE didnt like it and it didnt go with her decorations. When we signed the contract she said she would find the color for us, and when we went back a few days later she backed out. I had taken only 2 very close family members to see the ballroom and one asked her a question and she said she was dealing with too many people, that she should only be talking with the one who signed the contract. How incredibly rude! Also she said she didnt allowed outside catering (especially if our family did it) because it made her ballroom look ghetto. However she did her catering on foam plates!! How ironic! She didnt even have nice china ware, her upgrade were some cheap plastic plates which she wanted to charge $1 per person. $100+ for plastic plates? I dont think so. Not to mention she also charges $125 to use the projector, which most ballrooms already include in their package anyway. Well we had to cancel the contract because she literatelly told us if we didnt like we could go somewhere else. If we are paying a lot of money for a service why should we put up with such attitude, NOT worth it. We were all extremely upset with the whole situation, thats not proper customer service. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

The catering was really bad! We were charged $687 for 80 people. And the brought one pan of each side dish only. Like the disposable Turkey trays. I cook more when my family comes over. I regretted it so bad. I called araceli the same day. She said she spoke to her caterer and supposedly that was enough for 80 people and tried to blame my family for getting seconds but not realizing I was there and saw that they were only serving one side therefore I would send my family to get the side dish they didnt get. The catering was supposed to be two side dishes. When I spoke to her again she got on the defensive side and was shouting back, she wouldnt even let me talk. She was more concerned about having to return the money even though I kept telling her that I didnt care about her returning the money. I was only explaining because she said she cared about customer service.

I had my parents wedding anniversary , it was great ! Nice place everyone loved it The food was also very good alot of compliments on the fajitas, if I could have changed one thing it would be the bar tenders and the way they served my guest that night. The party was for my parents and my father was given a hard time about getting beer from the men at the bar. He is the honorary guest that night and was given a hard time about drinking beer , after the party the next day I had a few members of the family mention to me the same experience they ran into at the bar. For some reason it seemed like after a few hours ito the night they cut back on serving beer dont know the reason behind that but if Im paying for the services it should continue till the party is over. Just my opinion

DONT RENT THIS PLACE! NO RENTEN ESTE LUGAR! We had a bad experience with Aracely and the DJ, I do not recommend this place. Avoid doing business with this people. The owner doesnt care about your event. We had a quinceñera and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom the floor was dirty. The bartenders dont attend you right the DJ PLAYS UGLY MUSIC AND MAKE YOUR PARTY BORRING IF YOU ASK TO CHANGE THE MUSIC OR PUT THE FUN DANCE AGAIN AND HE GIVES ATTITUDE. I TOLD THE OWNER ARACELY AND SHE IS WORSE THAN THE DJ. SHE IS MEAN AND DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOUR PARTY AT ALL. I PAID ALOT FOR THIS PARTY TO BE SPECIAL AND UNFORTUNATELY THE OWNER ARACELY AND THE DJ MADE IT A NIGHTMARE. DONT RENT THIS PLACE FOR YOUR EVENT IF YOU WANT IT TO BE AMAZING GO SOME WHERE ELSE!

Words cannot explain how terrible the owner Aracely reacted when I told her my father passed and I could not have the event or I need to move the date for my event. My father passed in November and I had been communicating with Aracely I had even given her another payment before he passed hoping for his soon recovery. Long story short she kept my 2100 and was not willing to work with me on any terms. Every time I suggested changing the date since there were other people nice enough to want to buy the event from me, she would not accept anything. What is upsetting is that she could not understand the unforeseen circumstances and her reaction. This person has no heart. STAY AWAY from this place.

Great place Great environment! We had our wedding their. The owners were extremely nice they came through on everything they had said. It was very nicely decorated very clean smells great they put new lights that change color or they put them the color you want. The food was great very delicious. The caters were very nice and friendly always had a smile on their face(: Everyone had fun they loved the hall. Out of all the halls we saw this was really the best most elegant one.! Very beautiful.! I really recommend this hall its a great place for the great price!(:
