I do not normally write review for Google however this is my exception. I loved my stay a Manor Vail Lodge. Were were there this past week with 3 adult children and myself for Spring Skiing and Boarding. Best elements are that the rooms are excellent - even with the one room suite there was plenty of space; the kitchen was very good for our needs. The April pricing couldnt be beat (~ 180 a nite) including free parking and an excellent breakfast. Upon arrival we were given 4 vouchers for free waxing and edging our boards and skis and two drink coupons. The hot tubs and pool were excellently maintained, and after a day of boarding were a fantastic transition from day to evening activities. We only used the spa on the last day to shower - but it was also excellent. The staff was superb and very helpful. The location excellent - right at the base of one of the major lifts, and a 5 - 7 minute walk into Vail village. I suspect the costs are much higher during the peak season, but even with this - I would recommend this place to anyone.

What a lovely surprise this was..just looking for a place in Vail that I could get with Amex points. I paid the whole weekend with points, but would definitely pay cash! We had the one bedroom condo on the creekside. The grounds and pool were spectacularly landscaped, beautiful in the summer with flowers. It is a quick walk by the river to Center Village. It is very close to terrific lifts (scoped it out for ski season). The service was amazing! I asked for an extra blanket at the front desk, as soon as I was going in the back door, the blanket was arriving at the front door. The pools are heated, hot tubs great! We will definitely go back! Oh, and sign up for free breakfast if it is part of your deal...very good!

Manor Vail is a beautiful place which is why my husband and I chose to have our wedding at this venue. Wedding was amazing, however this is not a wedding venue that we recommend. If any place wants to be a wedding venue, they must learn how to communicate with the couple and/or wedding planner, especially on important items such as the contract, the bill and prices. They did not have the courtesy of making the wedding planner aware of the drink count which was a huge shock for us after the wedding when the final bill came. They waited until it was too late and then offered no customer service or apology on the fact that they werent honest. We cannot recommend any venue that is deceitful in order to make more money.

This place is a total dump. Were on the third floor and our "reserved parking spot" was completely covered in snow, so we had nowhere to park. Theres also no elevator to our room, so we had to lug 6 massive suitcases up three flights of narrow stairs. Apparently some rooms are nice, judging by the other reviews, but some are absolutely awful. My two-bedroom condo has the most convoluted layout imaginable, with the ugliest furniture Ive ever seen. It is the total opposite of charming and cozy...the second I walked in I wanted to run back to the airport. This is horrifying. Theres also a massive skylight on my wall, so I get to wake up at 6:30 every morning on my vacation.

We have visited Manor Vail in 2012 and I just got back from my 2nd trip. This is a true gem of Vail. It is the perfect distance from Vail Village. A short walk or very short free bus ride and you are there. You are away from all of the hustle and noise of the village but still feel like you are in Vail. My two toddlers loved the pool, river and great park close by. The price is also great. We had a nice 1 bedroom condo for $129/night with the walk-up rate. Mountain view included. I would recommend this as a nice romantic getaway or a family trip. Staff is nice and a good complimentary breakfast that is just enough. We will be back!

I was a guest at the Spa At Manor Vail this weekend. I purchased a Travel Zoo special for a masage or facial. I opted to enjoy both services. WHAT A DELIGHT! Kordi the spa owner offers a superior body massage. I would highly recommend her work for professional athletes. My husband, 15 year old daughter and I spent the afternoon relaxing and enjoying the entire spa. It is warm friendly inviting and offers great services. I have been in the salon and spa industry for over 25 years and it is a rare treat to be this surprised! Thank you Kordi and your team, I look forward to my next visit to Vail. Jo Ann Seele

The condos are nice, but its not really geared to provide the full hotel experience. Not much use in renting a place with a nice kitchenette if you never use it. Yes they have a bar / grill on site, but no, its not really open that often - at least not during the summer season - and the folks who work there (how can there be three of you behind the bar and youre not open for the next hour?) are a little uninterested in serving you food or drinks. Nice enough folks. But seemed like the whole place was much more geared to serving as a nice part-time ownership spot than as a full service hotel.

I couldnt be more satisfied with my recent stay at Manor Vail Lodge. When I checked in, they informed me that they had given me a complimentary upgrade to a studio room because there was one available, and the room was amazing. I would gladly pay the normal rate for that room next time. All of the finishes were superb, and I had all the amenities Id need to stay comfortably for a long time. It was disappointing that my trip was only one night! I will absolutely stay here again next time Im in Vail.

It is a great place to stay for its location and amenities. Its right across the street from Golden Peak, where you find the Riva Bahn chair lift, ski school with its bunny slope and small gopher hill, as well as food and retail or rentals. It has easy access to the main town within walking distance. And Manor Vail is right next to the Gerald Ford park with its large playground, flower park, and amphitheater. Its parking structure is underground to store your car. You wont need it.

My husband and I were staying at Manor Vail Lodge on March 9th,2014. We only got to stay 2 nights as we had a death in our family and had to leave quickly. The short time we were there was wonderful. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I would recommend it to anyone. I loved the layout of the complex. We had a great view of skiers coming down the mountain. I am looking forward to next ski season as that Manor Vail Lodge will be my destination.

Worst place in vail... they put us in an old dumpy room. In addition, when we wanted to relax and watch tv, the remote was no where to be found. They told us rhey would put a woek order in for the next day. Thanks, because what we really wanted to do was stare at the dirty carpet and out dated decor. We were under the illusion that this hotel was nice based on the pictures. Boy, were we dead wrong.. We loved Vail, but will Never come back to this slum hole.
