Astoundingly plain food, especially for a palatable-sounding name like "Savour". The Lump Crab Cocktail was average (crab, coleslaw, cocktail sauce, voila!), the Duck Quesadillas embarrassed the poor duck by not exhibiting any of its flavors, and their black beans from their queso trio (queso, guac, and black beans) was about as delicious as you can make them when you open a can and pour onto a plate. Instead of "Entrées" they feature "Specialties", but dont be fooled! The Chicken Parmesan uses the same marinara as the Spicy Sauteed Shrimp And Angel Hair Pasta, leaving us feeling duped instead of special. The Italian dishes and the Combination Fajitas TexMex dish lacked any and all savory flair, challenging our taste buds to ask "Why did we purchase this stupid Groupon?" And despite being around the corner from a Cheesecake Factory, dont expect the cooks to be inspired nor challenged to create a palatable version of this classic. Nor will they get the bright idea to go purchase from Cheesecake Factory and markup the price, because they are simply fresh out of ideas. The Pecan Pie was OK, though.

Savour has sounded well worth trying so I went to the Dallas tollway location today for well advertised brunch. What a disappointment! Service very slow and very incomplete ie: no spoon to service coffee. No asking if coffee wanted and none served until requested and it was cold. Only one SMALL pat of butter for the pancakes and only a small container of syrup. Asked for more butter (but it never came). Asked for more syrup which came only after pancakes almost all eaten. Scrambled egg whites came with oil and specks of black all over them. More butter served on request but it came very late and when pancakes were almost all gone. Only three other customers were there, indication of poor quality of service. The restaurant did not come close to that shown on web site at all.

In the past this was a once a week stop for dinner. Last night we presented a $20 off coupon for a $50 bill. We told the waiter to let us know if we had not hit the $50 mark. He did and said we were $1.50 short. He suggested we purchase an ice tea so we could hit the mark. We did. After delivering the ice tea he returns with the bill with no discount and said his manager refused to honor the coupon because the total was on food, not drink. She did not take into consideration that her wait staff suggested the tea, and she did not even bother to come and discuss it. We could have order something else but got a bad taste in our mouth for how it was handled. Bad managing, if you ask me. We paid the bill and felt a bit sad that we would never return.

Please support this place! Took my wife there for lunch today (Wednesday at noon) and we were the only people in the dining room (there were a couple tables taken on the patio). We split the wedge salad...great, crispy bacon, just enough blue cheese, fresh tomatos. We split the angus sliders, not bad, but not great for the money. The menu said they came with aged cheeder, but it wasnt until we were finished we realized there was no cheese on them. And I ordered a single fish taco. Wonderful! Next time I will get that as a meal. Best fish taco I have ever had. This is a really cool place. The staff was great. The food was good. And what a beautifully finished room. Nothing else like it in Allen that Im aware of. Five stars!

Jaimie is AWESOME!! She was the only reason why I referred tons of people as well as remained a loyal customer. I visit frequently however today is my last time visiting. The quality of service is poor. The wait staff tends to forget about some of the customers and kind of just leave you waiting or in many instances you are left with the task of looking for the staff yourself to be serviced.HORRIBLE!! Today, my order was messed up by the owner. While a mistake was made the owner literally went into a debate rather than apologizing and making things right. Good luck with that poor attitude. When you are in the industry of service it may be a good idea to actually stand out.

The entertainment was wonderful. I cant say enough about this place. The continuity of service is undeniable. If you are looking for a place to go that is reminiscent of Cheers where you are treated like royalty, every time you come, then this is your place. Alex is the manager here and he takes care of all his customers with the sincerest of courtesies. The atmosphere is like that of a twenties speakeasy and can either be private, in the circular booths, or part of the fun everywhere else. By the way, they are super accommodating. They let me play a whole "gig" here just as a ruse to propose to my, now, wife! She said yes! It is our favorite date night place to go!

Really impressed by this place tonight. First time in and they nailed.it. food tops... service dead on ... and atmosphere where it needed to be. There are other places to eat in this sprewd out shoping joint but Id lean towards Savour if taste counts for anything with you. Really pleased and pleasantly surprised by the team they have assembled here. Service was courteous and helpful and manager was engaged in greeting us and mking sure we enjoyed our food and time here which we did. Just a great time all around.

Exciting evening on the patio where our little schnauzer was welcomed. Harley our waiter was so polite, attentive courteous with a great sense of humor. The food was interesting, flavorful and well presented. Great experience with great management. The music inside wasnt too loud and the decor is adorable...I am glad we stopped by.

We went for my birthday it was us and one other table it took almost 2 hours to get our food. My food and 1 appetizer, we had 4 were great. Everyone elses food was bad! The lump crab cakes are smashed like a pancake. The service was terrible they didnt comp anything even tho we waited forever and no one was even in there.

Wonderful food and drinks.. Happy Hour on Thursday are great as well.. Favorite $10 bottomless mimosas on Saturday n Sunday with on entrée again food is wonderful.
