We walked in and there was no host at the stand. We had planned just to have a couple of drinks before a nail appointment, so we seated ourselves at the bar top. There was a group of 3 employees seated at the corner of the bar top. They glared at us as we approached. I was waiting for them to either greet us or let us know that the section was closed if that was the case. Instead, we took our seats at the opposite corner of the bar top and staff member #1 (presumably the bartender, female with long black hair) stayed seated and snakily commented that she would need to see our IDs. We were made to feel as though our dining with them was a total intrusion. It was awkward, non-welcoming, and just rude and uncomfortable. We produced our IDs and staff member #2 walked behind the bars to examine them and take our orders. My friend ordered a mimosa while I took a moment to look at the menu. I ended up ordering a hawaiian drink, but decided I wouldnt like it because it contained Tuaca. They ended up making it with vanilla vodka instead (This sounded terrible to me, but I didnt speak up so I can only blame myself). Staff member #1 then left her seat at the bar top where she had been drinking and eating and went behind the bar to pour the drink stating she would "just do it herself". There was no spout used for free pouring, no jigger to measure the amount of liquor being used which was unusual. The drink was as disgusting as it sounded and I will leave it at that. My friend said her mimosa was good. The rest of the time we were there was more than unpleasant. The staff sat back down to continue drinking and talking loudly about a variety of inappropriate topics including party plans that evening, alcohol intake, repetitive racial slurs, and more. Staff member #1 then called for a server to pour her a vodka. He jokingly told her that he was not in his territory (being behind the bar), and that he didnt know how to pour the drink or even know what kettle one was. She said for him to just give her titos then. He delayed, continued restocking behind the bar, when she then snapped at him just stating "Drink!" and shaking her glass. Meanwhile, our drinks have been finished for at least 15 minutes. We are so turned off by the environment and the service and attitude of the staff, that we had decided that would be our only drink. We had taken out our cards to indicate that we were ready to pay out since we had not been checked back with since the initial drink order. We sat for another 5 minutes before having to verbally ask for our checks. We paid out and quickly left with no intention to return nor recommend to anyone we know. The terribly rude service and attitudes from the staff aside, it was incredibly concerning that the bartender was either drinking on shift, or was choosing to go behind the bar while drinking off shift to serve. In either case, this is a major issue. Disappointing, as we live nearby and were excited to try this place out.

My husband and I wandered into this place by accident. We were walking to another restaurant and wondered what One2One served. We thought it was a sports bar (loud with TVs everywhere). When we saw they served tapas, we had to try. We were very pleased to find a semi-quiet, luxurious restaurant. This is important when you are on a date AWAY from the children. The waitress was outstanding, very helpful. The food was incredible. We started our evening with Baked Brie served with apples, crackers and grapes to dip. Each one served up its own flavor. It was fun to try all three. My husband ordered the Filet Mignon Bruschette. He was very pleased. I ordered Lobster Tequitos, and to be honest I didnt expect to like it. Lobster? On a taco? Surprise, surprise! It was one of the best tacos Ive ever tasted. We will definitely be returning. We want to try out that pizza oven.

I had a cell phone stolen from this restaurant. All they had to do was turn in the darn phone, but no I get lies to my face and even after my locator service verified the phone to still be on location, more lies and denial. Its just a phone, Id give you the damn phone, but that sim card held memories I cant get back and the principal that people still steal phones is incredulous to me. I was full prepared to defend some of the negative reviews I have read on this site, but this was a deal breaker. I do not recommend this establishment, if you do however go, hold your valuables close, you cant depend on these people to be honest. SHAME ON YOU!

To be honest, the only reason that this isnt a one-star review is is that they allow dogs on the patio. Weve been here twice and both experiences have been far from excellent. This last time we ordered a $17 French dip sandwich, which beyond lacking any real flavor or texture, was only about five inches long. So that was a definite disappointment. Also, while we were the only people in the restaurant, the service was slow and our order was not completed correctly. In the end, the sandwich was sent back after two bites and was taken off of our tab. Then we had to go home and make lunch for ourselves. Overall a mediocre and expensive restaurant.

Went for Mothers Day with reservations. Food was pretty good, but service was beyond horrible. We asked for bread plates twice and no one brought them. Drinks seldom refilled. At one point I got up and stood in the kitchen until someone asked me what I needed so that I could get bread plates. Worst part was, manager didnt even care that service was horrible. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where service matters. Beef tenderloin was excellent, but wasabi mashed potatoes were over-seasoned. Gave up before desert because no one would bring us a desert menu or talk to us about the best thing to order.

Our Partners in Excellence BNI group held a celebratory dinner at One2One and knowing how hard it is to pull of a smooth event for a large group, I was super impressed with the service and the food. The staff was SO attentive and very quick to respond, remembering every detail. The food was truly delicious - I only got a bite of the shrimp that was passed as an appetizer and I need to go back for more! The salmon with Israeli couscous was delicious also. Definitely consider One2One for your events or large family gatherings - it could not have been more perfect!

Ive eaten here twice and find it to have a very odd menu and atmosphere. You either have bar-food (pizza) or very high-end $20+ for a salmon or pasta dish. In the main dining room they have an "alcove" over the tables with strobe type lights that continue to change - it was very disconcerting and gave our fellow diners a queasy feeling with the light moving and turning from blue to green, etc. All in all we tried it twice and were disappointed both times - way too pricey for what you get and the wine list was 90%+ California wines, nothing very exciting.
