Stay away from this unprofessional unorganized establishment!!!! As a former employee, I can assure you if youre looking for an upscale classy and professional environment this isnt the spot....music is great...it has the potential to be a fabulous prime time spot in DFW...however, the management team is horrible!!!! Make sure you get clean glasses and plates and utensils because they dont wash them well.... several times I literally had to wash all of the above prior to serving my guests in my section....you may wonder why service is slow because the waitresses are in the back on Snapchat,etc...not even focused on the customers/guests.....also they put reserve tabs on every table even if its not really reserved to make money....this place is a money hungry establishment....and why is there an automatic 18% gratuity on every check???? I wouldnt send my dog to this spot....This place doesnt foster a friendly customer service environment... from the top on down its a money driven establishment that can really care less about guests experience!!! Ill take my skills somewhere else in the metroplex where the culture is focused on customer service first...money second!!! If you provide great service, the money will come to you!!!!

Initially my husband and I were going to go to Brickhouse Lounge. I called to make a reservations and was told there was a $50 charge. When I asked if the $50 would be applied to our dinner bill, I was informed it would not be and an 18% gratuity would automatically be charged to my bill even though it was only going to be a party of 2. Unfortunately, I wasnt able to support this establishment because of their excessive money grab practices. I would have considered patronizing Brickhouse lounge had the $50 reservation fee been applied to my bill as I understand the challenges of people making reservations and then not showing up. I did however, drive to Fort Worth to support another minority owned business that does not charge for reservations or add 18% automatic gratuities.

Great place to have drinks and socialize, the band "Vibe the Band DFW " was awesome and the owner is very nice. The lounge was big enough for everyone to have a great time and there was plenty of televisions to watch in case you wanted to keep up with a program while you are out having a good time. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a nice time to hangout and have dance.

As I sit here at Brickhouse Lounge ordered a drink, tipped the waitress 20% and she never came back to the table to ask if we needed anything else. Horrible, horrible service. I had to go to the bar and get my second drink. I also had to ask the same waitress to pick up the empty glasses off my table. Dont know if I will return. I actually dont want to rate this lounge. I WANT MY DAMM TIP BACK!!.

Good place to go , if you dont have anything else to do.I wanted to buy guest and myself a couple of drinks, but they dont take plastic(hood).They have a ATM if you want to be charged 4 bucks to get cash.Good music, but the dance floor is small and parking is a channlege after 10pm.I rather drive 30 minutes to Park Ave and really enjoy Happy hour.

Very unprofessional staff & food is just average. Although its nice & cute inside, that doesnt make up for the rude staff members & waitresses. I generally dont go online but as I thought about it I felt Its necessary. With there being countless other establishments in the DFW area my group & I will support & patronize the other lounges/clubs.

One of the worst experiences I ever had as a employee! I worked for two weeks and had to deal with ghetto unprofessional people I have ever worked with! I hope they clean the swamp of unprofessional bartenders so that they can see a true change!

I will stick to the one in Arlington. DeSoto is way too small. The bartenders acted like they are impatient, and didnt want to be there. I will never return. Disappointed The bar "mgr." Is rude as hell.
