Lost my bank card in theater Came back 5 mins after movie. They would not let me in to look where I sat. Ms. Manager, step in my way and state that I may disturb others. It was still previews going on, I knew just were I was sitting by my self. But Nooooo. I gave her my number and she stated see would check right after the movie. About 7:30 pm. She finally calls about 10:30 that evening. No luck she says. By then I had cancelled the card and now I wait 7 days for a replacement. Thanks Austintown Regal... Ill be back real soon, no doubt.,.…

Outdated and small screens. They should not show 3D movies on such a small screen. Its like looking down a tunnel. Low resolution images, dim brights and dull lows. Not a good experience.

The movie was good and the sound but the seats were uncomfortable and the girl at the ticket counter seemed unorganized and was commenting on how things were so disorganized.

Decent Regal Cinemas, but does not beat the competition of Tinsel Town and Niles Regal. I would say both are better options if you can make the short trips.
