Actually reviewing on premises. Came to an early show on Sunday, 4/8/17. Manager and staff are unfriendly. Movie, Kong: Skull Island, started at 1030. Manager kept doors locked until 1020 after staring at us through the door for 5 minutes. After my 65 year old mother knocked, manager on duty came to the door to inform us that he was waiting for the concession stand staff come out and then shut and relocked the door. Was not interested in helping us at all. Gentleman at snack counter was just going through the motions. The theater itself is very lovely and the seats are comfortable but due to my experience with the Manager and staff, I dont believe I will return or recommend to friends or family.I literally have one rule: Smile when you are taking my money. These gentlemen hardly spoke, let alone smile.

The movie theater is great because they have big screens and chairs on stairs with a great view from the top. However, the food is darn expensive. The prices of the products are twice or triple as much from the original price. A medium soda is like $4, but at a regular store or restaurant it would be $1. A bag of medium popcorn is $5, unlike from stores which I can get three medium popcorn bags for a $1. The owner of the movie theater must be in debt and freaking greedy. He or she sees customers as cash cows. Please lower your darn prices because not all people in this freaking town are rich! I would probably come back to see a movie only, but not to buy food with those prices. Lastly, I forgot to mention that this theater does not serve pizza. That really sucks. Not everybody likes popcorn.

Me and my wife frequent this theater pretty often. We always prefer to drive 40 minutes to this theater rather then our local one to the better seating and cleanliness. But after our most recent trip I couldnt be more displeased for the second time in a row the theater was full of loud and rude people. Hard to hear and focus on the movie people laughing taking pictures with the flash on and yelling across the room. Definitely will not be returning especially since employees walked in to check on the movie and didnt say anything to the loud guest and let them all continue being loud. This only confirmed to me this place will never be worth the drive again. Very disappointing.

We made a half hour trek tonight to see The Avengers when we easily could have driven five minutes to our local theater. The reason for the trip is that Tinseltown has the biggest screen in the area, worthy of summer blockbusters. Early in the flick the management did an outstanding job of removing an ever jibber jabbering family with a ceaselessly crying baby. The only thing that kept this from being a five star experience is that in the big theater with the big screen it sounded like a couple of the speakers had been blown and during the action scenes there was a lot of crackling and popping coming from the audio.

This Cinemark has a giant screen and you have to climb steep stairs for best viewing. Seats are comfy. Staff is nice. Cinemark just started email signup for coupons ( ex. buy soda and get free popcorn) and Cinemark app. If you put phone in Cinemode ( vibrate) during movie you get coupon for snacks. First showing of day is usually cheapest. They also have Fanthom events ( concerts, operas) on screens. Concessions usual overpriced for theaters. I like that this Cinemark and nearby Regal seldom have the same movies playing so there is bigger choice.

This is, by far, THE BEST cinema in town (N S E or W). (Large, good quality screens, stadium seating in large theaters, best sound in town, doesnt smell terrible...) Can someone please explain why they consistently do not get the biggest blockbusters & best films? (Especially when the lower quality full price cinema down the street gets practically all the good ones.) Id rather drive to a quality cinema in Pittsburgh or Cleveland than watch films anywhere else but at Tinseltown or my own tv.

i love cinemark movie theaters, especially this one. it always has clean houses. matinee pricing is very good and the concessions are great. they can get a little pricey on the popcorn and should offer a large combo deal but other than that its a nice place to go and the best theater around. arcade room is a lot of fun!

they are kind and friendly and understanding. I had never been there before and they welcomed me with smiles listened to dilemna I got into with a mix up in my tickets. It was the wrong theater chain. thank you to the manager and the three other staff members who made me feel welcomed.

Im a legal adult that cant take my 16 year old brother to see a rated R movie simply because Im not his parent. Never spending my money here again. Not a huge loss though, the other theaters in the area are better anyways.

Best movie theater around bar none. ask any local. all the other theaters around here have dim cameras and very unclean sound except this place. to be honest this is the only place i will go see a movie anymore.

They are close 20 minutes after the last movie starts. So I guess if you dont watch the commercials you cant see the movie.
