I called to get more information on pricing since I liked the photos and was told I would have to come in to get a price quote. Ummm?? Thats what phones and emails are for!! Why would I drive anywhere just for a price quote?? She wouldnt even give me the rental rate of the facility or an approximate range for 100 guests. I felt brushed off. Wow. I know catering would depend on style of food etc however, I have spoken to so many venue reps by phone who have been more than happy to take a good 5 minutes to tell them what I was looking for and give quotes by phone. The wedding business is very competitive so to the next one I go now. So much potential but customer service lacking.

Enough room and decent lights but you will have the WORST experience you can imagine with the "sound technicians" (insults the word technicians) that will haunt you for a while. After hiring, on the show day the appointed sound tech told me he doesnt know how to increase the echo on the mixer, and then said he has to leave and a young DJ will look after us during the show. This DJ was super idiotic and with attitude. During the whole show our sound kept going up and down and sounded like a horror music show. So Good Luck hiring this venue.

I liked everything of this ballroom, had an amazing experience. I would recommend it to everyone. Security, sound, food, decoration and party coordinators all included. With all that included I do believe that I pay way too little for all the great service and wonderful experience. The best thing is that I didnt had to worry about a thing.
