Any time I come here at night, there are kids everywhere making a lot of noise. The line never moves so you have to be there really early to see a movie. The Open/Close times are horrible too. You cant take advantage of an early bird special if its never open to take advantage of. And late show times mean your movies carry onto the next morning. No one ever tells you when a late movie will actually be getting out. Drinks and popcorn is super expensive. A $1 candy will cost you almost $5! And a little bottle of water? Same thing! But I do want to highlight the good points. Kenny the door manager is always nice and always makes us feel welcome. Champain is great and nice. She always makes us laugh and never ceases to go out of her way to help us. Samantha is just a darling. Shes the right kind of spunk! I never got the male cashiers name, but he always finds us a way to make things a little more convienent pricewise so everybody gets something. he gave us our first movie card, and even a second one when we lost it. And then theres the person our kids just adore, Sue! Shes sweet and always talks to our kids and gets them excited for the movie. I never have a problem with the staff, including Sharon who just tickles us to death. If the seats were a bit more comfortable Id be happier, but every so often you get a torn up seat that has a smell, and its the last seat you can take with a family. There are heating problems so dress light!

I would love to see it a great theater but it just doesnt have the atmosphere. The front ticket counter was not in use. Everyone was getting their tickets at the food stand which we didnt know this at first. We were looking to buy tickets. The line was very long. There was popcorn everywhere on the floor. Areas were roped off and not in use which made it look bad. Cleanliness was not there from the main entrance. We told them which movie and how many, ordered popcorn, cherry coke, m&ms and a water then paid. We didnt receive the popcorn or coke so had to charge card again...$29.79 for three tickets and m&ms.....$13.52 for small popcorn and coke. $43.31total. [$9 per adult (2), $6.75 for children(1)] No napkins. When I asked for napkins they handed me a half a paper towel for three people. In the movie, five children where running up and down the stairs for an hour and two women had their feet up on the seat backs which made us sit somewhere we would have rather not. All said, the beach is a further drive for us now, but everyone can get some snacks and movies are cleaner and less expensive. There is lots of big movie experience at the beach with the atmosphere. Employees will walk through and correct bad behavior so you can enjoy the movie.

We went to see Despicable Me 3 last night with my young children, got into the theater and there was no air conditioning! We were instantly sweating! So I asked the ticket lady what was going on and she said there was no air and if we wanted we could go see a different movie. My kids have been talking about seeing this movie for weeks so we decided to suck it up. She said someone was supposed to tell us before we spent $40 on tickets!! She said we do get free refills on drinks that we purchase. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Its unfortunate that we live in Conway and will have to drive to the beach to see movies from now on!!!

2 stars for the excellent staff and service besides that the theater itself is rundown, concessions are a bit overpriced compared to other cinema locations but back on the point that the theater is rundown... the water fountains dont even work, the lobby has an unclean look and is quite dirty, the theater rooms themselves are missing tiles, poorly lit and tiles are missing in the ceiling. People seem to be very loud, use phones in the theater and etc... seats are uncomfortable and thats about the rundown of it. If these problems are all fixed Id be glad to update my review.

Every single time Ive been there, there are people talking and texting. There hasnt been a single time Ive been there when people didnt come into the theater late and then talk. Every time I complain about it to the staff or management and every time nothing has been done. One time I complained about a guy in there whos phone rang and he took the call and talked right in the middle of the movie. When I complained the employee shrugged his shoulders. As we left I saw that guy talking to the employee. They were laughing. Weve stopped going.

Rip off, they sent us in a theatre to see the secret life of pets and there was no a/c after charging me 40 bucks for a popcorn, soda, and bag of candy after 2 tickets. Crazy prices and messed up service, I left my scorching hot movie to get some more drink because it was so hot, and they had the nerve to tell me they dont do refills, OK... I dont do business with you anymore. I understand the convenience of the location out here in conway but theyre pushing people towards the beach with their joke of a movie theatre

Ive been going there since they 1st opened near me. I love the place except for the fact they didnt have cameras outside the place when my laptop was stolen out of my locked truck. They got on the back of the truck and shimmied the sliding glass door somehow, in broad daylight, and stole it. The seats are bit too close but other than that, the atmosphere is awesome and the popcorn is pretty good. Except one time when I found a hair in it as lady handed it to me. All in all.... good place!

Small theater with great people working there. The air conditioning was out in four of the theaters when I went but they let us go back to see how the temperature would be since they had fans going. Its usually a quiet place so often you have the theater almost to yourself. Owner is very personable and was very apologetic about the issues. I will definitely be going back next time Im in town.

Come to watch a movie with kids and the ac was broken but no one told us!!!!! About half way thru the movie I went and spoken the guys on the front counter, he said he would let someone know. After the movie was over we started to leave and manager came over apologize and give us free tickets to come back. He was very nice and sincere with his apology. We will back for sure...

A/c was out, very warm and uncomfortable, not very good considering it is 90 degrees outside, not a good place to be if you are trying to catch a movie out of the heat. I WILL NOT come back until the a/c is fixed. I love in Aynor but will be making the drive to the cinemark theater at the beach from now on.

Hot lobby,filthy disgusting bathrooms, employee sitting playing on her phone heard me complaining about bathroom being nasty said she would take care of it. I went bk after freezing in the movie and the toilets were pee free but floors still nasty cobwebs in corners even a dead bug.
