I was an employee here for over a year and I truly, absolutely love this theater. Ive even purposefully went to other theaters in the area and try to compare, and I can honestly say Cinemark is the best one, at least in my opinion. Great, friendly employees, great teamwork and management, excellent deals and prices,, and Cinemark connection is a great perk if you download the free app. The atmosphere is great, and feels like a beautiful, classic theater, but I believe they could use some modern day updates, instead of the beige color scheme, but thats not too important. I love the idea of the reserved, recliner chairs, but it can create a lot of unnecessary issues, and its as much of a hassle for the employees as customers. Its a GREAT deal of you plan in advance, and buy your ticket hours in advance, and know what youre doing, which can be hard if going to the movies with your group is not something you planned in advance. If theres a big premiere, or if its during peak hours, you might not be able to sit together. Its a hassle yes, and it does cater to "first come first serve", but if you reserve your tickets, those are YOURS and theyre guaranteed! And theyre inexpensive. Youre also able to get refunds shortly into the movie if you choose to. I also want to clarify, its not ASSIGNED SEATING, And what I mean by that, is that youre able to choose your own seat, and youre allowed to move, if you change your ticket. Employees dont assign seats for you. Its your choice! Theyre simply reserved, just like an airplane. It can be a hassle, yes, but there are many good aspects of it. A lot of the time, even when I went to see movies as an employee, and reserved my seat, even when I reserved my seat as a paying customer, someone else was usually in my seat! Inconvenience, yes, but ALL you have to do is tell that person that theyre in your seats. Employees do the best they can, and they could make some changes, but even if an employee seats someone, they are still likely to move and chose a different seat. The seats and isles are easily organized and numbered, but unfortunately, the recliners have taken up a lot of room, taking the theater from over 100 seats to about 60 or so. I forget the exact numbers. Also, concessions is great, and you get refills on large popcorn. Beer and wine is also available. The movie experience is really nice, the theater gets dark, but not too dark, and the picture and sound are HD. The atmosphere caters to everyone, and makes everyone feel comfortable. Great for families, friends, teens, couples, and adults. I love this theater and the company! Theyre simply great, and always working to improve. I have one suggestion about the seats in case anyone is listening, and I dont know much about corporations, business or construction, but I wish the reclining seats were only maybe, just in the back row and just in the handicapped row, accounting for maybe 12-20 "special" seats per theater, and the rest, normal seats. Im not sure if this option would cause the recliner prices to rise, but maybe thats an option, or have people "reserve" them first come first serve, and have the rest of the seats, "normal" seats open to the public.

I come here often and usually have no problems. If you didnt know, this cinema recently put in "assigned seating." Never thought much of it because Im a once a month regular and every single time Ive been, someone has been in my designated seat. No worries, we just sit elsewhere and so on. I just go to watch. I dont care which seat im in. This time, 4 groups of people made fusses about being in the assigned seats, two of which showed up late to the movie. We were moved twice. Missed the beginning of the movie. Lost a ticket so couldnt find our third seating which was supposed to be on the same row. Someone was in our third seat and Security refused to check those peoples tickets. It was the handicap row so there were only 8 seats, 7 since one was our seat. We ended up cutting our losses and refunded our tickets. Needless to say, I was pissed. I regret not thinking to get our refreshments refunded as well. Instead of apologizing and trying to help us find our seat, the manager tried to explain how important assigned seating was... Really? Tell that to everyone else. Tip: Do not go to a full seated movie. dont lose your ticket. And dont go to a movie with seperate seats and think you can still sit together.

Was in town for vacation and decided to catch a movie at the Cinema.....was very impressed with the cleanliness of the theater and the size! The recliners are absolutely out of this world! Felt like I was home watching a movie ❤️ The only negative experience was that we had bought our tickets online and purchased reserved seating....when we got there someone was sitting in our seats and refused to move....we didnt want to cause a big scene and no ushers were around so we ended up sitting somewhere else.....just some advice, if youre going to have reserved seating then the theater should have the seats marked reserved or an usher inside the theater to ensure you get your seats....other than that, great experience! Definitely one of the best movie theaters Ive been in!

Always went to Market Common. But since Cinemark refreshed their seating wellllllllll They now have electronic Recliners with cup holders. However, After seeing four movies here , I am going back to Market Common. The customer selected "assigned" seating is such an imposition. It should be first come first served. I have been in seats sitting next to a noisy family or worse. At Market Common one can switch seats if they do not care for where they are. The theater is now far too crowded since they had to take out a lot of seating to install the recliners. The "wow factor" went out the window with aircraft like assigned seating, Concessions are the usual over priced fare..Less expensive at Market Commons.

This place just remodeled their auditoriums and let me say.......THEY ARE AWESOME! One word......recliners. I know probably tons of theaters are doing this but this was my first experience and it changed the whole movie experience for me. The down fall is that it appears there are less over all seats so if you are going last minute with more than two people you might have a hard time sitting together. However, if you plan in advance it wouldnt be an issue. I felt there was more privacy since they have mini walls separating the rows as well. The staff is always friends and refreshments are fresh. Great picture quality and sound.

The lines at the ticket booth were a little long, but I looked over and noticed several credit card kiosk, so we got right in! The prices were very reasonable, we did the early show, but even there regular price was very decent, even more so when you see how nice the theater is. The lady taking our tickets was super friendly! I wasnt sure about pre choosing our seats, but it turned out to be a good choice for us! When we got inside the theater was not the typical over crowded no space seating, and bonus the seats were reciners you could put the arm rest up on. Super comfortable movie experience, will definitely be returning!
