The line to buy tickets outside was really long. Im a patient person but there was only one girl working the window while 4 people (two of which looked like managers wearing suits) stood talking inside at the ticket collection. When we alerted them of the huge line they said ok, but continued chatting and didnt seem to really care. Oh and by the way my two black friends had their purses checked but not myself or the two other white women I was with. Whats up with that?! And $12.55 is a bit pricey for this area BTW.

Its conveniently located near the walmart in Easton, PA. But the volume of the standard rate movies are wayyy to loud. Ive complained several times on the comment cards and in surveys for the theater. And I know its done on purpose because if you spend extra for 3D or RPX the volume isnt PAINFULLY LOUD. The workers are okayyy, but I cant pay $10 per person for the matinee to be tortured with sound anymore. Go to the Carmike its cheaper, its cooler, and no torture involved.

Its an OK theater with ridiculous prices . We are charged extra for a regular theater opposed to the old fashioned theater(all seats at same level). Paid close to thirty for two people. The floor was sticky. The food options are not that great. Just standard nachos, hot dog , popcorn and candy. I was looking forward to jalapeno poppers sold at most other theaters . The bathroom was decent . The movie options are good. However, the time options for matinee arent ideal.

This place used to be alright, however it has gone way downhill. NOTHING is upgraded to a newer style theater and everything is extremely expensive for what the theater actually is. Last night i went to see Paranormal 3 and the sound in the theater had an annoying buzz the whole movie. I spoke to management and the response i got was we are working on it in a rude tone.(It was never fixed) Needless to say after last night i am reluctant to go back to this theater.

if i could put into words the amount of agony i experienced in this theater, this comment would be equivalent to 500 of shakespeares written plays. i was in such a state of despair in this theater, i not only cried to the ending of Logan, but i was also terribly horrified by the amount of disrespect me and my fellow aquaintances were given. if i could rate -362 stars, i would and i would write a letter. popcorn was good though

I have been going to this regal movie theater for years and staff is good they make my movie experience nice and enjoyable. But you have one member of your team that remembers my order from the moment I walk in the door she is already working on it ,and that puts a smile on my face.So to OPR:1022 Katelyn Tran#: 743261 I Thank You for your smiling face and remembering my order you are the best!

I love that they have the summer movie series for the kids for a dollar but the seats in the theater are not meant for kids. Even with booster seats the kids couldnt see the movie. The worst part is that the kids are 6 & 8. They should be able to sit in the theater without the booster seat. It also smells really weird in the theater....this place needs a good cleaning!

The screams at this place are looking up screams. One has to look up to see the movie not down like in new theaters. The seats are not comfortable. If you go with a child is uncomfortable to then cause they are to short to see up. They need a plastic seat to make it higher for then. Does seats are all plastic and very uncomfortable to then.

Me and my girlfriend couldnt watch the new movie "IT" because I had to be over 21 to bring her with me( I was 18.) but I saw the workers inside telling the way underage kids to go to a different ticket guy since he was letting anyone go but rejected me and my girlfriend. Do not come to this theater unless you wanted to be treated the same.

This theater is okay. Nothing really stands out to me. Its clean and the staff is is nice but nothing more than that. Something I didnt like on my most recent visit was the humidity in the actual theater area where I sat to watch a movie. The air was sticky and moist. Overall not a bad place to go see a movie.

You have to wait in a line outside to get a ticket- not fun in the cold. I saw the latest Resident Evil (Last Chapter) here in their super decked out 3D theater. The seats were leather. Terrible terrible choice for the summer time- thighs will be a-sticking to that.

Theyre still the worst cinema in the Valley. Broken rattling speakers in their main theater. Dim screen. More expensive tickets, and concessions. EDIT: ... and that movie I watched with your broken speakers? Arrival. It just won the Oscar for Sound Editing ... smh

Regal Cinemas has become a home away from home. Since we retired, weve spent many an afternoon and evening givings our imagination a workout. The Senior;s Discount helps. It may only be temporary, but thanks Regal for helping us feel young again.

We took our grandchildren to see see a PG movie unfortunately the coming attractions were not PG and inappropriate for younger children, very disappointed! Also seats too tall for short children to see over. Very expensive. Nice staff.

Over priced for standard show. The hallway was not clean. The second I entered the auditorium there was a horrible damp smell. And the seats need to be renovated. Its all placed straight. Has to be positioned going up, going down.

Movie theater is okay but its not safe. I feel like im going to get robbed everytime I go there. The seats are bad unless you pay extra for the RPX if the movie is showing in this updated room. Its just decent

Always clean, quiet, and less crowded than most theaters around here. My only complaint is that during the movie, one of the speakers had a slight buzzing noise to it at high volumes. Very great experience!

Clean theaters and mostly nice staff but because I was younger and with my friends I felt like we were watched the whole time as employee kept staring at us as we sat on the bench

Stop asking me if I want to upgrade sizes. If I wanted a medium drink and popcorn, I would have ordered it. Management is making it a pain to go to the movies. Hence Netflix

Went to see Newsies, power out. They did give us free passes but ratted 26 bucks on snacks. Theater 13 smells musty and our seats were wet. Dais something but no apologies.

If you talk with Management if you are truly unhappy they will take care of any issues. They have gone out of their way twice for me. Been going here since I was little.
