In past years, weve driven past this winery and seen families outside with their children and it seemed like a lovely way to spend Mothers Day. This year, we decided to try it out and while we sat and drank a glass of wine, our children made friends with some of the other children that were there and began running and chasing each other in the lawn. As we finished our wine and started leave I was pulled aside by the owner saying that the kids were damaging the the lawn. I was taken by surprise since they were two of at least six children playing, and apologized. He said he thought the sign was enough to to keep the kids off the lawn and pointed to a sign that said "No Dogs". As we were drove away, ashamed and embarrassed and never wanting to return, we saw him put out a handwritten sign that said "Keep Off Lawn". The worst part, for Oswego Hills, is that prior to this confrontation, we were having a delightful time and considering making it part of our Mothers Day tradition. Now, I will never return and encourage others to do the same. I am so disappointed. Not family friendly. Wine is okay.

Very friendly staff. Family oriented with lots of folks camped out on blankets picnicking. Live music and food grilling available for purchase. Wine tastings were plentiful and really delicious. Prices were very reasonable.

The best views and tasting room of any winery close to Portland . Super nice family and staff. Awesome wine club . Great spot for a wedding with their new event center.
