Absolutely Do Not Support This Buiness!!!!!!! CI Grill has a contract with Retriever Towing, a company which has hundreds of complaints with the Better Business Bureau, and has been featured on KATU and the Oregonian multiple times for "Predatory Practices". CI Bar & Grill has a contract with Retriever towing and lets the tow company keep surveillance on their lot, and splits commissions on $350.00 tow bills customers are charged. I parked in the lot CI Bar & Grill shares with Juan Colorado. The space where I parked in the lot said "Customers only" not CI Bar & Grill costumers only... I went into Juan Colorado for my take out order, came out 3 minutes later at most, and my car had been towed. What a terrible way to take advantage of people. I called the Tualatin Police, they said its a regular occurrence there, and unfortunately there is nothing they can do about it, because its CI Bar & Grills property and their free to post the misleading signs in order to profit from towing people. They should stop stealing peoples money and put "CI Bar&Grill Customer Parking Only" on their signs and instead of misleading "Customer Parking Only" which makes one assume costumers of the neighboring Juan Colorado can park there as well. Shame on CI Bar and Grill! There are 7 other posts on City Search from people who had the same experince :(.

My wife and I would give the food a 4 out of 5 and the live music (Conroy Debrie) a 6 out of 5! The food menu has vast, diverse selections which is what you would expect for a bar/grill. The price of the food is very reasonable as is the price of their drinks. The bartenders do not skimp on their pours either which is refreshing (pun intended)! The staff has always been above-average and the setting is what you would expect for a place like this. Now for the real reason why everyone should go to CIs...the local band Conroy Debrie! My wife has been following them from their beginning and they continue to deliver amazing performances. The band is a class-act and really should be on a professional tour instead of playing at a bar. Dub is a one-of-a-kind musician who sings his heart and soul out every time my wife and I have seen him play. Go to CIs for the band first and everything else (food, drinks and service) second...

I give this place one star just simply for being present. The service was horrible, every single staff member made a round to our area and had such a "not interested attitude" that I started to question if I had remembered to wear pants. Only, its December and I know Im fully dressed, so why two waitresses in a row acted like they couldnt here me ask "Ms., Excuse" and then walk right pass is beyond me. When my husband tried to crack a joke about the weather with the waiter he gave him attitude. As I am trying to brush this off by orderig my burger, no one asked me what rarity, and since I typically cook my own food I didnt think to add it in that I like it rare because of course I already know that. When I got my food the meat was much pinker then I like, I mean MUCH PINKER, but I was so hungry I ate it anyways having worked ten hours wihout a lunch today.. Im very interested happy with this place.

I have been going to the C.I every week for over 2 years now. The food alone would give it a 5-star rating. The band (Conroy-DeBrie) alone would give it a 5 star. The combination of both in one venue keeps me coming back every week (usually 2 nights per week!) As far as the parking issues some have commented on, I have never seen anyone towed from the C.I. parking, but have heard a number of problems with parking on the Juan Colorado spots. Oh, and the service is always delightful, even when they are slammed with customers.

The service is good and if you go enough it gets to be homey. The food is good to really good for this type of joint, coffee is hot and ready. The C&I has been around for over 80 years and has cleaned itself up nicely from the old smokey days, parking is ok. They have live music on Thursdays, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, take it from there. So bottom line, good food, nice people, get up and give it a try.

8 of us dined here a week or so ago. We all LOVED what we ordered. Its unfortunate that most online reviews are usually only the angry patrons that did not have a good experience. I ran across these reviews while trying to look up their menu because Im going again tonight...they have a nice menu, nice staff. The parking is a challenge but its way better than in Portland. Its a bar restaurant.

If I was a regular at any place, this would have to be my lair... A short walk from my homestead, CI Bar has a solid breakfast, lunch, dinner, and beer. A nice place to grab beers with friends or watch sporting events on one of their 10 wide screens? Anyhow, the late night staff is young, fun, and friendly and check their weekly schedule of good deals like free pool and cheep drinks.

This place is a total dive. Beer is warm, food is typically served past its prime. If you feel like slumming it, this is the place to be! Also, dont go here if you like your car, because they have an arrangement with some local cronies to tow away cars in their parking lot, seemingly at random.

Went here to watch a football game. They were one TV short (apparently) and the other were reserved for people who werent even there yet. So they werent playing our game. So we left. The lady that addressed us was a little rude about it... or at least had zero sympathy (Im sensitive).

Went in at 11:15 after work to get a drink. Was told we already did last call but open until 12.... how do you do last call 45 mins before close. Just moved here to Tualatin and Im also a restaurant manager here in Tualatin. Sorry but that just did not sound right to me...

Best breakfast! Chicken fried steak and eggs are the best Ive ever had. The bacon is thick cut. Yum. Relaxing night spot. Drinks are great and low priced. The dinner menu selections all hit it out of the park. Excellent service!

Love the live music! Thursday night jam is a fun venue with great musicians. The cream of artichoke soup is amazing! Some of the food is great; some, not so much. Wait and bar staff are wonderful.

Solid dive(ish) bar. Happy hour food and pricing is perfect for the quick get-together after work. I try to get here at least once every couple months.

The food is alright. The drinks are not mixed well, but are strong. Its dark inside, a typical dive bar. Interesting characters frequent there.

The service is excellent. Hannah already has our coffee on the table when we walk in. Food is always good and served hot.
