We first tasted their wines at 2012 Bite Of Oregon where they won Best Of Show. Liking every wine we sampled at their booth, we visited this little family-run winery in the heart of downtown Dayton over Thanksgiving weekend. We were so struck by the elegance and depth of every one of their Pinot Noirs we tried, that we joined their wine club. This is a big deal for us; we visit the Willamette Valley twice yearly to taste Pinots and this is the first winery whose wine club we have joined. Their Pinots not only taste beautiful but they have high value pricing as well. Nicely done. Well worth a visit, even if it is a little off the beaten path.

Jim and Michelle are the dynamic duo when it comes to a wonderful venue and the perfect wine. We went with our friends on a lark 3 years ago and have never looked back! The pinots are wonderful and Jim is becoming something of a chocolatier as well. (So good) They have tastings with food pairings and desserts that I look forward to each and every year! Jim does it ALL! Do yourself a favor...drop in and try it out!

Under the radar. Delicious. There are too few ways to say how great it is to go wine tasting in the Willamette Valley and Seufert is a perfect example as to why. World-class wines at extraordinarily reasonable prices. Their tasting room is delightful and excellent dining is right down the street at The Joel Palmer House Restaurant.

We had a fantastic time at the Seufert Winerys tasting room yesterday. The wines were very well done and the tasting a very gratifying experience. We were attended by Whitney, who was extremely hospitality and made the experience of learning about l, while appreciating, the wine forever memorable. Thank you Whitney!

Its a great spot. Right downtown, across the street from the blockhouse, a neat historic building. The design indoors and outdoors is very classy but not pretentious. Love the vibe and the staff is great. Overall a great experience and loved the wine. They have a surprisingly delicious Tempranillo.

A real, genuine, boutique winery. Jim is a superb winemaker, the wine is awesome. On holiday weekends and special events, the food pairings will be "off the hook". You taste among the oak barrels in the small, historic downtown of Dayton with a mix of local fans and international visitors.

Wonderful tasting Room in historic downtown Dayton with very nice outdoor seating in a Courtyard next to a historic church that is now a cafe. Very nice friendly stuff and great wine! Just off of the highway so take a few minutes and stop and discover this place.

Scored a 750ml of the recently awarded Vine Iydl 2012. Paired up with a homespun Mushroom Risotto herbed up with chives. Delicious combo. Thanks Stephanie for the bright insights. Im a newly minted Webfooted fan of Seufert.

These are excellent wines. Jim has a distinct style while maintaining the characteristics of the region and terrior. I cant recommend enough stopping in sleepy Dayton to try his wines and take in the local cuisine.
