We were there for a nature trip. We stayed for three wonderful days. Steve and Sharon are the warmest hosts we have experienced. Sharon is third generation from the point near the Point Reyes lighthouse. She has so many historic tales to tell, simply remarkable. Their winery in right next door to the B & B, so we spent some time tasting the large selection of local wines. My favorite is their Blanc de Noir, grown on their hillside vineyards. For a Sparkling wine,(Champagne) its a real treat. Steve tells me that its five years on the Lees, that makes it very yeasty. Its great.

Very friendly owner. Made us feel so welcome. Loved the Pinot Noir sparkling wine they produce on the premises. We felt very fortunate to be able to learn so much about the area, being given the history by the owner, as well as pointed in the right direction of Nicks for dinner right on the water! The birds were amazing!

We decided to stop here for a tasting since we had some time to kill. Honestly I was a little disappointed, they charged for the tasting and I wasnt terribly impressed with the wine. The service was very rushed, the hostess offered very little information, and was not very charismatic. We will not be returning.
